Shower drain clogged. They need to routinely clear out hair clogs in the tub drains.

The carpet was dirty. A damp bath cloth rubbed on the carpet was dark brown from dirt. House shoes are a must have here. rotted trim work on bathroom doorway at floor. squeaky air conditioner that has lint and dirt all over the blower fan. hot water in tub when turned off is still a small stream. lots of stains and chips on trim molding. I have pictures of all if you would like them.

Very small breakfast room. Had eggs but no gravy, biscuits, meat, potatoes, or fruit. One toaster was broken.

When we checked in we new it was no smoking and the website we booked it on said deposit was one price but when we got there deposit was almost double and at check in she made it a point to point out we smell like cigarette smoke and she made a weird face if you smoke in the room you wont get deposit back.and you wont get it back even if we smell it so i thought that was a little rude we wound up leaving a day early so we didn't get any kind of refund but when we where packing up on the 3rd floor we pass by a room where somebody already checked out and believe it or not i seen 2 white house keeper's in the unoccupied room with there feet propped up laying back relaxing i could have swore one was smoking in the room. But it's ok for housekeeping to smoke in room but they want to hound people checking in about smoking we never planned on smoking in the room and I asked the manager at front desk where can we go smoke she said over by the dumpster and there was loose trash all outside of dumpster no ashtray so that's the smoking section walking around in trash and no ashtray.air-conditioning inside room had so much dust packed in it. I tried clearing it out I got to say the Indian people work hard there to keep place up but a lot of double standards we checked out at 9 am so we still had 2 hours and a day left nothing offered back as a refund huge roaches outside room doors 1st and 2nd floors would not stay again at this hotel.

i killed 2 cockroaches in the first hour i was there. because it was a weekend i couldn't find anywhere else to stay, plus it was already paid for. bathroom tub faucet was broken, only a nub to control the water and it wouldn't shut off all the way carpet very stained

Though we were able to stay, the room smelled like cigarettes, the sheets had rips. The refrigerator had spoiled food and milk from previous cluents or so. We asked to have it removed and was told to put outside of door. We didnt have have bath towels or wash cloths in the room. We asked to have them brought up and was told to come get them. Customer service was dry. Even though we stayed, it would have been to get some type of discount.

The room was very clean and comfortable, no odors or bugs, enjoyed the jacuzzi, bed was comfortable, the only thing is the pool is small, but the staff was friendly and we asked for no maid service and they never once bothered us, while outside our room the did ask if we needed anything , so a+ for the staff parking was hard to get

Breakfast area was not what was pictured when i booked room it sucked Terribly no room to move no food....room wad not serviced our last day front staff could care less

they say you get what u pay for. I got a great deal on a jacuzzi room soo good I didn’t actually think our room would have a jacuzzi tub but it did! Jets weren’t the greatest but it was nice to soak in a 2 person tub after a long day. Room needs updating but most hotels in tourist traps do it was clean and quiet couldn’t hear much of anything from outside or from the neighbors

Bathroom floors was never cleaned while we was there, hair was in all the corners from previous users as well as us using it

It was nice we werent at the hotel much. The smell was icky, not sure if it was mildew or what. Watch your step going up to 3rd floor on the end of building, one step.is shorter than the others. The bed was AWFUL! So stiff, we all slept awful, we went and bought pillows. The breakfast area is meant for maybe 15 people its so crowded we left for breakfasts. It was clean though which is a huge thing for us!

Property was good for the price paid. Customer service was great, hotel is very well located. Pool was nice. Rooms were average, but clean. Breakfast was fine but little options and small room so it was often very crowded, and only had one waffle machine so we had to wait 20-30 minutes to be able to get waffles made. Otherwise you get what you pay for but we can’t complain, it was clean and comfortable.

Good location

This is not a luxury hotel. Bathroom was clean. Bed was a little hard for my liking. It was quiet at night. Employees were friendly. Not bad for the price and a place to sleep.

I’ll start with the positives-the location is close to a lot of amenities, the beds were comfortable, and the weekend rates were comparable to most other hotels in the area. Unfortunately the list of negatives is a bit more lengthy. First of all, our room was not clean. It had a smell of stale cigarettes and some other unidentified “funk” even though it was a non smoking room. There was a dirty sock on the floor from a previous occupant, the shower had quite a bit of hair and debris in it, as well as the toilet seat and bathroom floor. The bedding had staining on the pillow cases which is pretty off-putting,but otherwise seemed clean. The pool was less than clean, and had a plastic trash bag floating around in it. Customer service was a bit lacking and impersonal. We decided to tack on an extra day to our trip, and the day before our original check in date called to ask if we could add a night (for that night.) We we’re told that they couldn’t alter the reservation since it was a third-party booking, but could do a new separate booking for the extra night. Essentially we would stay in one room for the extra night, then “check out” and go to a different room for the remainder of our stay. Which we were fine with/grateful for the flexibility. So the morning after our first&extra night, we packed up and went to the front desk to switch out rooms as instructed, and the lady looked at my husband like he had 4 heads and asked why we were doing that. 😂

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Floor was wet. Entire room had a moldy/mildewy smell. Damage throughout the room. Mold in the corner of the room. Holes in the bathroom door. Badly stained chair in the room. Surfaces were dirty. Do not stay here!

It was quiet

The water pressure was amazing! Our bed was soft. The air conditioner worked great. The pool was well maintained. The breakfast area was really cramped and everything was almost always out when we came down. I would not recommend booking if you plan on eating breakfast there every morning.

Rented three rooms and two of them had a strong mold smell. Two of the rooms did not have shampoos. They could not find any refills since housekeeping was not available. Location was good but just a little rundown.

Nice hotel to stay. My family loved it. Bunch of options in breakfast items. Shower was full force. Service was good. I would recommend this hotel. Two minor things (Lock was missing in shower room and body wash not there) noticed which they fixed next day.
