Convenient location

Across from a large Intel campus, this Hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is adequate and inexpensive. The exercise room is small but useful, as is the pool. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Room smelled like smoke covered by air freshner. Pillows are absolutely horrible! They go completely flat even with two pillows. Staff was great.

First time we stayed at this hotel. The staff was very nice and the room was excellent. Didn't get a chance to do anything else around the area, but it was very nice.

Not up to standard. Room to small. Breakfast not included. Just Not worth what it costs. I thought it would be more luxurious for what I was charged. I guess the name is what I was charged for. I’ve been in a lot better for a lot less. The only thing I do approve is the staff, they were excellent.

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We traveled to Rio Rancho to visit family. We will definitely stay here agsin.

Very pleasant, clean and quiet. Staff is friendly, efficient and professional location was convenient for me. Would highly recommend this establishment for it's overall comfort and cleanliness.

Except for the roaches in the room by the pool which was changed after the problem was solved. Put us on the 3rd floor in a room with agoining room but ok after that.

Sydney at front desk was such a pleasant person for the whole 4 days we were there. Tried to help me figure out the app on my phone, asked about our day when we came back from exploring the area. Hallway maintenance for 4 days but crewrespectful of us. Didnt meet an employee that wasn’t friendly and pleasant. Lobby huge and pleasant to sit and read or whatever. In the evenings, they set up games on a huge table (Kenya, scrabble, etc) and offer beers and happy hour type food available. Blueberry or lemon water available 24/7. Indoor pool clean and pretty but small- max capacity 12 people and only 4-5 ft deep. Room clean, nice decor, beds ok (kinda firm) pillows too squishy/flat. Didn’t like amenities- in dispensers in wall and shower. Hotel is on main highway so there is some traffic but not bad. Across from huge intel industrial complex. We walked one evening several blocks to a convenience store and felt safe.. Not much walking distance. Breakfast is $11-15 per person and only 6am-9am so we ate elsewhere. Most eateries close up around 8pm l, even drive thrus. The whole area is clean- no trash on the road or graffiti anywhere. Would stay here again.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The parking was very convenient, there was plenty of disability parking available. If there was an issue was their lack of accessible rooms. I had booked one but none were available when we arrived. They did make accommodations and moved us but there was no accessible bench for the shower. They did say they would bring us one as soon as one was available but they never did. Not that big a deal for us but it was a little disappointing. Other than that it was a very nice place.

Staff were helpful, coffee was good, and the training facility was clean.

The desk staff was nice. Everything seemed okay on the surface, but when I got settled in my room, I realized the white duvet cover had dirt and stains on it. I called to get a new one, and the housekeeper just handed it to me and took off, so I had to remake the bed myself. Then I noticed that the room in general wasn't that clean, particularly the tile floors. The refrigerator smelled like a garlic/onion burp. It took five to ten minutes to get hot water out of the shower. The worst part was when I opened the Cinnabon box I had left on the counter overnight and a bug (I think a spider, but it moved fast) came running out of it. If this motel were cheap, I wouldn't complain so much, but it was relatively pricey for the area.

This hotel was perfect for us while visiting family in the Rio Rancho area. Very nice, clean, wonderful staff. We booked this hotel without knowing much and it was a great pick. After we were out here and saw many of the other properties in the area that we had seen in Expedia we were so happy with selecting the Hilton. It is by far the best hotel of its class in the area.

Stay was interrupted with a full day without hot water. Staff was great. Helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. Great team.

I have stayed here numerous times, and this visit unfortunately was not at its best, but I'm hoping it was just a one-timer. Window blind wouldn't open or close all the way, & 2 light bulbs out. Staff very nice, good area, and very quiet. Otherwise, this is my go-to hotel in the area.

The room was very nice and spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool with our two children, it was quite large and warm. Breakfast was available but not free so we did not eat there.

The shower and bed were a bit underwhelming, but overall super happy with the site and the staff.
