Have visited this property a number of times traveling for business. Comfortable stay. Pool & hot tub working. Breakfast decent. Great location for walking distance restaurants, shops, & mall. Good value stay.

We booked the hotel locally because our house was out of power due to a storm. Because of that they were very busy. That did not impact my ability to check in quickly, for my kids to use the pool, or for us to eat breakfast. We had no issues during our stay!

We chose this hotel for a staycation and regretted it from the moment we walked in. The hotel contained many, many sketchy characters. The hotel first placed us on the bottom floor. Other patrons both banged on our doors and attempted to get in. We weren't in any way loud, it felt like it was more of a cause to bring us outside the room to either steal from us or do something with some other ulterior motive. It was scary. After a couple of these incidents within one hour we spoke to the hotel staff and they moved us to an upstairs room where we did not experience the previous chaos again. Choose a nicer hotel. It was very unsafe.

The hotel itself was fine but the pictures make it look much nicer and much more updated than it actually is in person. The pool was incredibly cold which was disappointing since that was a main purpose for our stay. The breakfast was a great mix of cereal, sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles and more. Definitely plenty of selection there. Nothing was wrong with our stay I was just disappointed with the cleanliness and quality compared to what is shown in the pictures so I would not stay at this location again without some Renovations being done

It was a very nice Hotel convenient location easy to get to from I5. Check in was seamless and I was able to check in early which I appreciated.

Our room was clean, mattresses were more comfortable than ours at home. Parking was Free!! Safe location. Friendly staff, when we checked in on Friday & a little behind schedule, our family was going to see Metallica, idk the employee name but he checked us in fast. We are from California & stayed for 4 nights to see Metallica 2 nights, came back very late we felt safe parking & the room was comfortable. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here again.

The pool was called, the biscuits were dry, and the food was very bland. And they only cleaned your room if you requested it. The hotel room itself is somewhat dilapidated. My TV didn’t work that well in the front desk. I addressed it with them several times and they never fixed it Brushed us off so I definitely would not stay there again and it had kind of a somewhat criminal feel to it as well

High price for a so called king suite that had no adjacent room couch area just a lousy chair next to the bed in a normal sized room. Jazuuizi tub that didnt work with cigarettes burns on it. One lousy bar of soap for the whole room with no shampoo no nothing. Terrible experience

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast selection was good. Some of the facilities and aspects of the hotel were a little run down...the pool and hot tub smelled almost mushroom-like? Other than that and the carpet being dirty in some areas, I don’t have any other complaints. Beds were clean and we had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker.

Beds were super comfortable. The room was very clean and up to date. The shower curtain did slide down the bar. But overall a great night of sleep.
Had a continental breakfast of typical items. Stayed here in transit and was grateful for a clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price for the time of year, day of week, and geography.

Great location near shopping, food and easily accessible to interstates. Building overall was outdated and room felt dirty (carpet felt gross, flooring had duct tape and bathroom flooring dirty).

First off, walking in it smelled like armpits and there was flies all over the place. The staff was not nice at all they need to work on their attitude. And when asked for a managers number he just told us he was the manager because they left him in charge according to him. Also they charged us 162 that still hasn’t been refunded when we gave no authorization for an amount like that. Getting into our room the sheets were stained and dirty. The bathroom was dirty, there was a lot of mold on the windows it looked like they have not cleaned that room at all. This establishment should be shut down for poor conditions and still charging a lot of money.
