I’ve stayed here a few times and each time both the hotel and my room were clean.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The shower pressure is solid and the water temperature gets good an’ hot.
The hot breakfast is an 8 outta 10, clean area but more options would be nice.
Staff is always friendly and accommodating.
If I were forced to make a complaint, it would be that the television doesn’t have as many channels as some places I’ve stayed. Other than that this hotel has been worth it every time.

Front desk person ( she said she was the front office manager) was not friendly at all even the manager was rude when talking to him. I would never go back to that hotel, they need more training on how to treat their people who spend money and make them feel comfortable. It cost nothing to be nice.

The bed was very comfortable and the air kept our room very cool. The shower did not have a mat, so I was concerned about it being slippery, but they did have handles to get in and out of the shower. I wish there was a door between the bathroom sink and the bedroom, as I normally stay up later than my kiddos in getting ready for bed. And there was no vent in the bathroom. Other than those minor things, the hotel and staff were great! It was very clean and the breakfast had a good offering. I would definitely stay there again.

Great bed and pillows! I slept so well. Its pushed back a bit so you have to walk a little farther than normal but we didnt mind. Price was great too!

We had a good stay. The room seemed damp, maybe from carpet cleaning, but otherwise fine. Beds were comfortable and a quiet location.

Hotel was super clean in the hallways and the room was really nice. Air quality was excellent throughout the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the water with strawberries and lemons in it was a nice and tasty addition to the lobby.

I didn't like the fact that the room i had , had a odor to the room. The sink in the sitting area was dirty when we checked in only to find out when you take a shower the water come back up in the sink. Also found a tick In the bed. And the walls are paper thin we heard every flush water running etc. The breakfast is another story. But what I can say is the room the switched us to was updated.

The rooms need updated small bathroom but one of the nicest women working there. I would go back just because she was so nice and helpfull.

Our tub was half full of water when we checked into the room. The drain must have been plugged . Half the outlets didn’t work for plugging things in. Beds were great. Breakfast was non existent . We came down about 830, and it was over crowded , and no food. We had to ask to have things refilled , stocked for over a half hour and watched others do the same. We sat there for 45 minutes without anything being restocked besides the tissues and cups. There was a couple pieces of bread as options. I get needing to restock but for over 45 minutes and then we still ended up leaving at that point to get breakfast.

Staff was fantastic. Easy access in/out. Breakfast bar was pretty good. But the rooms,including HVAC a d carpet need a serious updates from the 1980s to the 2020s. Strange smells in our room the whole time, so much humidity, faulty AC unit.

For a Marriott hotel, we were extremely disappointed. For the most part, the room was clean, but the bathroom lacked little to be desired, hair all in tub, and the water wouldn't drain in the shower. There was also no coffee in the lobby after breakfast, and the hotel was LOUD at all hours of the night. Lastly the dark parking lot could probably use its own security team with all of the abondoned, broken down vehicles and trailers. C'mon Marriott, you can do better.

Property needs some serious updating and a good cleaning. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom was not cleaned and room was not vacuumed neither trash thrown out. I was not satisfied at all.

The location of hotel is convenient. The front desk staff, especially the individual who works in the evening, is excellent. The room had good amenities. Overall very satisfied.

We arrived after a concert around 11:30 pm. The hotel did not have the room we reserved available for our party of 4. Michael, the night auditor, was extremely accommodating. He reached out to the manager who agreed to comp an additional room for us. Fantastic customer service!

Facilities were old and not updated. My sheets, towel, and carpet next to the bed were stained. Also, one of the window locks didnt work, which was reported.

Misleading images: Don't trust the site images as they seem outdated.

Found eggshells in scrambled eggs.
Low quality, tasteless food.
Unfriendly staff: Not bad, but not friendly, making it unsuitable for a fun and relaxing stay.
Poor coffee: Tasted old, not even warm.
Diluted oat milk: Seemed like water was added.
Outdated and dirty pool area
No refund for cancellation: Asked to cancel the second night but received no refund, not even partial.
Inconvenient location: 35 minutes to the aquarium, not a good accommodation if you want to enjoy Georgia.

The facilities themselves are nice but no mirrors in the room other than the small one over the sink in the bathroom. Very inconvenient. The area with the sink and microwave needs additional lighting, way too dark. And please, could you you include a full size ironing board. The breakfast was standard but only one waffle iron. Long wait for waffles. Please consider adding an additional waffle iron.

The bed sheets were either dirty or there was bed bugs or mosquitoes in our bed. The bed wasn’t comfortable so we both did not have a good time sleeping. The outside pool seems dirty. The breakfast options were few and limited.

Thankfully we only stayed one night. We were in a room right next to the elevator and could hear it pretty loud. Closet doors would not close very easily and they were broken. We loved the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles that were hung in the shower, but the conditioner was almost empty, barely enough for 2 people. Overall we would stay here again.Its in a nice area and private. We’d request not to be next to the elevator.
