Great room. They gave us a two bedroom, which was a big help. Everything was clean. Would definitely stay again. We didn't utilize the pool or breakfast, so can't comment on that.

The paint wasn't finished in the bathroom, it wasn't cleaned very well at all. The bed was uncomfortable. The blinds didn't even close all the way and being on the first floor is important.

This hotel was not clean at all. There was food crumbs in the pull out bed, along with ripped couch cushions. The tub was gross, looked brown and dirty. There was hair on the shower walls. The towels had a musty smell to them. Every time I went to the lobby no one was down there to talk to the staff. We never received clean towels. The floor that I was staying on smelt like dog poop. It was an awful stay. I would not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of others around the area to choose from. I was only to stay there due to a stay and play for the weekend.

It’s a great location in Indianapolis. It’s adjacent to shopping and eating options and across the street from an upscale mall. You can easily access the city and its northern suburbs. I especially liked the kitchen area with a full sized refrigerator.

Our two bedroom suite worked well and the locatuon was convenient. Fortunately, we were in the building where the fire alarm was not going off.

The rooms are dated and for the area where the hotel is i was expecting more modernization. The price however was good and the staff at the front desk was amazing. THE YOUNG LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK HAVE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were all super friendly! We were greeted with a smile, a warm welcome and thoughtful gift bag! The free breakfast had so many options that were even allergen friendly! My husband can never eat at the "free breakfast" options dur to allergies but they had soy chocolate milk, gluten free bread at this hotel! The rooms were clean and so spacious! The full kitchen was even fully stocked with dishes to eat & cook!

The location was great and the front desk clerk was very friendly. I liked the set up in the room with the kitchenette, but the room had a weird smell when we walked in. The bed sheets didn't fit the bed so they kept slipping of the corners. The house keeping staff knocked on the door at about 8:30 am even though check out wasn't until 12.

The hotel was loud. Stomping all night long on the floor and up the stairs. When I say ALL night long, I mean ALL NIGHT LONG. We did not sleep the two nights we were there. Everything was dirty. Fold out couch had food and crumbs and dirt all over the mattress. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom and what looked to be pieces of chicken on the floor. The sink faucet was dirty and crusty. The floor in the kitchen was sticky. Your shoes stuck to the floor because of it. Very bad experience all the way around.

One of front desk staff blamed lack of towels on Covid, the other staffer Ashley says it was shortage of staff. Ashley also threatened me by saying she was recording our conversation.

The check in and out process was so effortless. Everything was wonderful, gentleman in the front office was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back.

Not so good. It's a older place, TV didn't work. lack of towels, wash clothes. Bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close. slow wfi - would have to pay for high speed, We were down for breakfast about 6:30 and they were either out of or low on the warm food.

This property is really dated. We were put in a handicapped room on the first floor, which I don't understand why. The bathroom and shower area were very dirty. Floors. This property was no up to Marriott standards. We were very disappointed!

Nice place over all. They are true to the images on the site! Would stay here again! The only problem I saw was you can hear the people above you if they are hard walkers. I called the front desk and they told them to walk more softly and they did.
Full Breakfast area was clean with a variety of foods to eat. Fresh cookies, fruit and coffee are available 24/7. Overall, nice place and affordable!

If you love sleeping in the bottom of a dirty moldy smellng ash tray. This place is for you. Nast oddor. Paint falling off wall. Carpet looked like a mass murder was just committed earlier in the week. Afraid to take my shoes off.

Front desk clerk was very dismissive told me I could not get cribs for my two babies because they were locked up and she didn’t have a key. Room was not thoroughly cleaned I literally has to throw things away and wipe things down

This property is hidden behind a strip mall but conveniently located to several bus lines, which I used instead of taxis because none were available (I don't do ride sharing apps). But the staff was so friendly and helped make my stay very comfortable! Loved the kitchen area and room space/layout. Will stay here again if and when I visit Indianapolis again.

This hotel room smelled very musty and old. I don’t know if it was a duct issue or the carpet, but the smell was very unpleasant and made us never want to stay here again. It would be impossible for a housekeeping person to miss, so we opted to stay the night with the windows open to try to air it out since we assumed other rooms probably smell the same.
