Our room was a bit small, but adequate. It was very clean and we had daily housekeeping. I wish the room had a coffeemaker (it did have a fridge).
When we checked in we were not informed that the hot water heater was not working and, although it was being worked on, we still had no hot water for bedtime showers.
Given that this was probably a one-off, we would stay there again.

TV remote, clean remote has issues with not turning on close captions, the front desk did best to fix the issue and found other remote that worked to turn on CC problem solved.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The parking lot was clean and well lit. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and well lit. I wish the continental breakfast would have offered a cereal other than fruit loops and cheerios and I wish bagels would have been offered, but those are just personal preferences. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the hotel and enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were super nice! The rooms were fairly clean but in need of a DEEP CLEANING! The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable! The musky smell in the hallways was horrible!!!! Overall the stay was okay.

Hotel and room was clean for the most part. Some spots around sink in bathroom were rusty looking but overall for the price it was a nice room. Would stay again. Hotel is smoke free but I thought the halls smelled of smoke. My family said they smelled like paint. Rooms do appear to have been renovated. Staff was super friendly. Especially the sweet lady working night shift. :)

The first room we stayed in had roaches and bugs in the bathroom and near thr mini fridge. We were then moved to another room that had mold growing on the AC unit. We have them back the hotel keys and found another place to stay. I get that you get what you paid for, but for $90/night, I would expect a base line of health and sanitation.

Great experience, the breakfast area was small , only cereal , bananas, toast and waffle maker. I could not get the apple juice to dispense only O.J.
Check in was a breeze along with check out as well .. chatty housekeepers outside our room at 8:00 a.m. could hear them talking and laughing.
The elevator worked flawlessly, and very convenient just steps from front door ..

Was in town to meet clients and needed a clean and comfortable but low cost room to stay i. Microtel had what I was looking for and is close to food options.

I had to wait almost 30 minutes in the lobby for an employee to come check me in. When I got to my room, most of the lights did not work and the one that did was so damn I could barely see in the bathroom on top of this. The room was humid, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was less expensive than most places in the area and well worth the price. Conveniently located to restaurants. Breakfast was continental, waffles, yogurt, cereal (no eggs or meat) Overall good hotel for us passing through town, would stay here again.

There was mattresses all down the hallways , in front of the elevator. The tv was so very small, and they had the volume locked, so you could barely hear the tv. The refrigerator has paper cups holding it level. No microwave in room. Blood droplet on my sheet. Sheet has a tear on it. I'm so glad i took a good smelling candle, because it stunk. But i guess you get what you pay for.

Great price. Comfortable bed, good shower, clean, safe. Excellent location. Third floor is newly renovated. New carpet and stairway smells faintly of fresh lumber. Hurry while it lasts!

This was our first stay in a Microtel. It was what I expected as far as not having the extras. The overall experience was just fine for our overnight rode trip stay. Breakfast was good, just the basics. The hotel is nicely remodeled, new carpet, new beds, which were very comfortable! We would stay there again

This was a decent, clean room. Very basic, but fine. I agree with other comments that i probably would not pick this for a lengthy stay.
The area was a great, convenient location. It was in the center of a lot of restaurants gas stations, etc. You really cant beat this location!
Possible drawbacks - ice and vending only on first floor. (Hotel is only 3 floors).
The continental breakfast was VERY limited. Two waffle machines, two cereals, a gallon of 2%milk in the cooler, hostess packaged danishes, a few apples and bananas.
The room was small (one queen room) with a small tv.

We had problems with room key and had to go back to desk. Not a big deal...but we were tired. When we went back up, we eventually got it to work. The key is worn and needs replaced. The bed is so comfortable and the sheets are so soft. Breakfast is great.

This property was nice and very clean. The room was small, but still a steal at the price. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast offered was simple but again, for the price, it was well-appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

We stayed for 4 nights, and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, and came through each morning with fresh towels, any housekeeping needed. The continental breakfast was well stocked and available till 9 each morning, with a good variety. The hotel was quiet, and close to many dining options, as well as shopping. We will be staying here again next year, already have it booked .

My second time staying here and i will probably stay here again when traveling through the area. It's a budget motel but it had everything I needed for one night. Rooms are updated nicely and clean. Convenient to food, gas, shopping. Good price.

Stayed here when I was showing at KHP. Good location for food and gas. Room was clean, front desk folks were nice. Breakfast was toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice, etc. No eggs, bacon…just so you know. For the price, it was a good. If you need luxury, go somewhere else!
