It was a clean and neat room breakfast was good also!

The room was clean. However the pool was empty, the ice machine by our roowas broken and the :secured" door by our end of the building was open all night. So, we didn't feel real safe. A pick-up truck sat outside our window in the parking lot at 11:00 pm with the engine running & the headlight shining into our room for about a hatf an hour before he finally left.

The hotel looks and feels worn. It’s in need
of an update or at least a deep cleaning. The hallways fell dirty and dingy. The TV didn’t work, nor did the ice machine. Someone’s not paying attention.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. I called the hotel and asked for a price for outstau and they wanted double what we paid for through Expedia. We also booked this hotel partly for the swimming pool. The swimming pool was out of order a d has been out of order for a while. I just wished we would have known about the pool because we might have booked elsewhere.

My room was very musty and damp. Carpet and bedding was damp. Air conditioner didn't cool room or circulate the air. Outside entrance didn't lock.

This hotel does not live up to the Wyndham name. We were on our last night stay of our 9 day vacation and was a terrible last stop. The drains in the rooms were clogged, no pool or hot tub although it was advertised. Breakfast quality was terrible and did not refill anything. Juice was old and coffee was bad.

The property was convenient to the interstate and not bad overall. The courtyard was nice but the pool was closed.

The property was run down. Waaay past time for remodeling. Analog TV that had to be reset by staff. Swimming pool was "down for repairs" but it was clear that pool was NOT going to reopen. Roof over pool area had tarps on it. Grounds were not kept up, hotel outside needed upkeep, inside was clearly not a priority. Seems like owners were just trying to squeeze a few more dollars out of property before shutting down.

It was a clean place to spend the night. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby. The hotel was older and not well maintained. The halls were warm, but the a/c in the room worked well. The hot tub and pool were broken when we were there.

The ice machines were all broken, there were no cups for juice at breakfast or toilet paper in the bathroom. The room was not very clean. It was a long check in process.

Elevator was not working. Tv making an annoying popping sound. Shower faucets almost coming off wall.. when told king rooms where on the third floor didn't try to put us close to staircase on the second floor. Room was very damp.

Yuck. Charged me for a 1 bedroom suite AND my pup, but then refused us. 5 people in the “dog-friendly” room that was so gross my dog was offended! Actual poop stain on bathroom floor upon entering!!

We tried to check in when we came into town at midnight. There were a couple of employees sitting in the lobby and there was a strong smell of weed. We asked for a 1st floor room and they did not have any available. The elevator was broken and we were not about to carry our stuff up the stairs! We left as I felt it was a bad atmosphere for my 2 young daughters. On the plus side the employees were very friendly and understood why we were leaving!

The style and ambiance of the property are unique and very nice. The beds were comfortable. The shower was alright. The TV didn’t work. The front desk staff was a little odd and rude. The breakfast was your typical not so fancy hotel breakfast where the hot items are suspicious.

The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. I reported it to the front desk at checkout.

We expected a queen room and the bed was smaller than that. The bathroom was not clean and smelled moldy. I mentioned it to them at checkout and only response u got was that’s the room I booked through a third party. I did not book a handicapped, smaller room.

The front office lady was very rude!! The computer system was down, we had traveled hours and she would NOT accommodate us at all!
