The condition of the hotel is horrible. The pool is green and old. They are remodeling but it’s horrible remodel by obvious non professionals. It needs a total revamp. For the price we should have stayed somewhere else. The front desk person was accommodating and helpful. The hotel just gives me the ick. Fridge in room didn’t work and neither did the blow dryer.

The outside doors would not lock, letting anyone enter. The establishment could use a good cleaning/updating.

Would never stay here again. Where do I begin…The sheets were on inside out with makeup stains on the other side. Super springy mattresses. The ice maker had black mold growing in it. The room door wouldn’t shut and had to be slammed to close, the deadbolt was broken and didn’t latch properly. The room was dirty from the carpet to the bathroom floor. The people at the front desk must not have spoke English, as they just smiled and nodded. I’m pretty sure they could care less about clean or functioning rooms.

Stay was absolutely PERFECT. Beds were way too firm and hard as a rock. Very hard to sleep on.

Check in was super quick. The bed was super comfortable.i didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean.

It’s a no-fuss hotel with a great breakfast. The property is older and it shows, but the beds are comfortable and the water pressure is good. Breakfast includes waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit, etc. they even had a non-dairy coffee creamer option that our daughter appreciated. We would stay here again.

The room was generally dated. The check in process was fine but there was no accommodation for the fact that I am deaf. I had to repeatedly ask the host what he was saying even after I told him I couldn’t understand him because he talked too fast. The TV did not work and it was promptly replaced. However, the tub was filthy. The noise at night was not acceptable. No one answered at the front desk. Someone was running up and down the halls all night. We got no rest. The mattresses are hard and have a dip in the middle. We actually checked out early and there was no refund or credit for the unused night. We left at an acceptable time in the morning. There was no refund for our pet fee either, we were charged for both nights regardless that we only stayed one. We travel a lot and are not complainers. This was the worst night I have ever stayed at a hotel. Hotels.com was of no assistance to help with the property.
