Love the hotel this is our 2nd stay, the check in is easy, rooms are clean and it’s central - found a great pub around the corner. Would not go back to the restaurant but there are plenty of options around.

Good location for our needs. Comfy bed. Very noisy exhaust fan in bathroom. Mouldy and dirty surrounds on window. Stair wells could do with a good pressure wash.

Lack of Kitchenette, even a microwave would have been handy.,

The location was ok but the photos were obviously taken many years ago. The bed was good. The carpet was very worn and all the tiles in the bathroom need re-grouting. Stair carpet needed vacuuming badly. I don't think it's appropriate that our security deposit is held for a week. The room would've been made up on our departure and would be checked then.

Small, crowded, tired, smells like an old vacuum cleaner. Main problem is poor design, lack of flow through air. Staff great. Bathroom good and they do have 2 chairs.

When i check in, they ask me for $50 deposit and they said i was getting it back in 5 to 7 days. I stayed there on the MAY 3,4 and check out on the 5th. Up to now i still haven't got my $50 back. The place could use more cleaning, the bathroom wasn't clean, the smudges on the floor from who ever stayed before me was still on the floor. The restaurant was horrible, vegetables was salty on some part and the medium rare steak was dead, dead. I complained about it, the waitress apologies for it but that was it they just look at me like i didn't have the right to complain about what i paid for. Never again that i will stay or recommend this place to amyone. The only good thing about this is that it's in the city and walking distance to restaurants, grocery shopping and walking distance to the ocean.

The room was clean and comfortable, check in and checkout were easy and the staff was friendly and helpful . The motel is in a convenient area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Please do yourself a big favour, dine at their restaurant named "Elements", for a 5 star experience.

The bed was large and comfortable and the rain shower great BUT the towels were paper thin! There was a cup and saucer but a plate with a knife would have been helpful -no toaster but this was not really expected. The location was on the main highway so convenient but noisy. ON the positive side the room was clean and staff okay.

Pool looked amazing. Thoroughfare to town through the back Proximity to town centre/food hub Apartment 1 traffic noise was noisy but overall experience was good

The petit spa products were really refreshing & reinvigorating & a treat to use. The room was modernised & comfortable. I was happy with the bed linen. Just a walk around the corner you were central to restaurants & retail. Great location.

The location was excellent, close to Cafe and restaurants.

Quick overnight stopover so arrived late and left early. Lovely room though, comfortable bed and great shower.

Room and bathroom was dirty , don’t think they used a vaccume cleaner, hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us! Room didn’t feel or smell fresh! Bedding was clean but that’s about it! Dump truck picked up disgustingly full skip bins before 10am and was very loud! Swimming pool freezing cold! Who has a pool in Victoria that’s not heated! Would not stay there again!
