The guest room had a bad smell. I heard water gurgling in the bathroom floor drain. The front desk staff was not friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was in a restaurant next door and not very good with staff that was not friendly or helpful. This was a bad hotel choice and would never recommend to anyone.

If you're catching an early morning train, then this is the place to stay. Our rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is lovely. To be honest we were only here for 1 night so hardly enough time to interact with the staff. Everyone seemed professional and helpful. The suggestion of a restaurant by the concierge led us to a wonderful local restaurant. Our room was quite elegant and very comfortable.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking was an adventure— make sure to reserve well in advance as parking spots at the hotel are limited.

Super hotel located in the city center, good service and excellent breakfast. The hotel is located in front of the Genoa-Brignole station, furthermore many city buses leave in front of the hotel with which you can visit the whole city. In the nearby streets there are many restaurants or shops that sell pizza and focaccia. The Oriental Market is also nearby where you can shop or simply take great photos. I hope to go back.

Not great. Reception was old fashioned, tired and dark. The breakfast was pretty good and the room was modern, BUT no hot water on day 1 and barely tepid on day 2. It was unseasonably cold, but there was no heating. I notified reception, they sent an engineer up, but no heating. The receptionist joked I should do exercise to warm up…. They supplied a blanket.
I cannot believe this was 8+ stars. I will not be returning.

The hotel was very nice. Waking distance to the major squares in Genoa and shopping areas. Hotel next to a train station which was very convenient. The surroundings of the hotel were not the best.

This hotel is ok for a couple of nights stop over, but the room we were in was very smallso wouldnt recommend for long stays if staying for longer than that . Staff were fantastic and the hotel was spotless . Just a standard double bed in our room though.

They have a beautiful inside lift my kids wanted to ride all the time. The location is 100 m from the Brignole Train Station, and within the old town. Great place to find a little nice restaurant. If I ever return to Genova, I will stay there. They are remodeling the whole outside building.

I just stayed overnight on my way to Florence but the accommodation was perfect for me,I was very happy to experience just a brief time in Genova and the hotel is in a great location.

The hotel rom was. Verymodern, comfortablebeds and very clean. Thebathroom was also very clean, with fresh clean toeels and slippers. Affidge was supplied with free water and snacks. Locagion was excellent, right nexf to fhe train station and bus station.

Location is excellent. Across Brignole train and subway stations, taxis in front, buses too, restaurants all over, short walk to Piazza Ferrari, shopping, and other sites. Hotel smells and looks clean. Highly recommended. Reasonable rates. Safe area to walk at night. Would go back if we will be in Genoa.

We book one night only. Luckily reception was operational late in the night as we checked in around midnight. We were given an upgrade to a nicer room (very well appreciated). Breakfast was ok. Small bed, thou. Good location.
