Carpets in hallways and elevator need a good cleaning. Suite was spacious. Need hangers in bathroom for towels. Breakfast was good. Workers very friendly. Area was nice. Billy G’ s restaurant close by was fantastic.

Super clean hotel, good location, nice staff everyone was that worked there was so friendly from front desk, breakfast servers and cleaning staff.

One of our rooms didnt have a shower curtain and also shampoo container was empty. We were also traveling with a baby and requested a crib for one of our rooms. When we asked for the crib they told us it was unavailable.

I would recommend Homewood as a destination getaway for Chesterfield, MO. The staff at this location were AWESOME!
They went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From check in with Joy to Breakfast with Tony. Room was clean and well stocked. Great location. Thank you!!!

What can you say, excellent suites. Great part of town as well, kinda secluded. If you're looking for dinner, try the mellow mushroom for pizza and drinks. It was so good we went both nights we were in town.

I booked a 2-bedroom suite, one room with a king bed, another room with two queen beds. I was getting married (outdoors) on Saturday, 10/12 and needed a place for me to get ready, hair, etc. I booked this sweet because of the space and then also for my out of town maid of honor and her family (Lindsey). Instead of the suite I booked, they put her in a 1-bdrm suite and tried to say it was a 2-bdrm because it had a pull out couch. I had to fight with the front desk (while putting me late to my rehearsal). She finally "upgrades" me. Get to the room and it's the exact room i booked!! it was frustrating because my confirmation does not show specifically what i booked which would have been helpful in proving my reservation. They saw one adult and two kids, and thought they could get away with putting them in a smaller room. A Bride-t-be does NOT need that kind of stress the night before.

Housekeeping missed a couple of areas from the previous guest. Furniture was wobbly and though we requested maintenance to come fix it they never did.

We got in late and the front desk staff got us checked in quickly, she was so kind! The room was amazing, super comfortable! Breakfast was great and the employees were so wonderful to our kids!

90% of the front desk staff were very warm, friendly, welcoming, and engaging. Overall hotel needed cleaning. Never in four days did I see a housekeeping cart. Signage in room said housekeeping freshens and replaces every other day. Over 4-day stay housekeeping. Never entered the room. Had to constantly go to the front desk to ask for clean, new supplies. Was told they would be brought to the rooms however had to ask the next day if they had never been delivered to the room. Overall disappointed as had numerous stays at Hamptons previously.

Horrible check in rep. Acted like I was bothering her. Didn’t have anything for breakfast. They didn’t get a food truck delivery. Only person that was great was the breakfast lead. He was amazing!

Overall we had a good stay. The room we were in was dirty, alot of dust on the ceiling fan, and the toliet linked. Other then that the bed was comfortable.

The staff was incredibly sweet and hospitable, as if we were family. Very clean and the breakfast was very good as well! I will definitely stay here again

We had to wait an hour and 15 min after check in time to get our room. The lady at the desk was less than helpful.
Terry, the guy in charge of breakfast, was great! You can tell he takes pride in his work and was very personable.
Pretty sure Willy and the rest of his crew spent most of their time in the sprinkler room right outside our hotel door smoking pot.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was amazing and the room was very comfortable for our family of 5. My only complaint is that the WiFi didn’t work in our room. We couldn’t get connected. With teenagers all with their own devices this was a problem.

The carpets smelled mildewed. There were stains on surfaces. My paper plate at breakfast stuck to the table. The carpets needed to vacummed. The front desk receptionist Joy seemed annoyed when I was trying to settle a discrepancy. I also had the suit over the laundry room and the spin cycle shook my room a few times throughout the day. The couch in the room was run down and the carpet desperately need to be cleaned.

Nice hotel overall! We loved the room and location. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We will be staying there again.
The only negative was the breakfast selection and temperature. The hot food options were luke-warm at best. However, plenty of breakfast options around the area so don’t let this determine your stay.

One of the best places I have stayed in the recent past. Rooms are homely complete with a sitting room and bedroom, both rooms with large TVs, and a complete kitchen. Staff very friendly especially at the restaurant. I would stay here again!

This was An amazing stay for my family! This was the last leg of our cross-country roadtrip and our receptionist at check-in (after 2 in the morning) was amazingly kind and patient and made us feel so at home! She was the best!
