Great hotel to stay at on Bundy. Restaurant and staff are excellent.

Very comfortable with lifts to all floors, parking under cover. Easy access to several places to eat both morning and night.

It was ok

The property is on the river, a great position but our room looked out on the walkway to the bar/ dining area, the windows needed cleaning but the area we looked onto only had dull daylight. We were also located next to the storage area for linen and cleaning equipment which meant it was noisy too. Disappointed as it was the most expensive overnight stay during a very enjoyable month in Queensland

Hotel pics online look much better than the reality! Balconies are tiny with no furniture and air conditioner unit on them, lots of rooms with no balconies and horrible roof and internal Building views! No fly wire on windows or balconies, lots of bugs and mosquitos. Weird place. Only reason to stay there is so you can walk To The restaurant that is amazing and a great place to View the sunset over the river with a top notch meal.

Close to everything and riverfront. Friendly staff and excellent restaurant within the complex.

Lovely spacious, well appointed room overlooking the river. Features included a good-sized spa bath, well-stocked mini bar, fridge, and large four poster bed, but unfortunately the mattress was too soft for our liking. Nice little bar and restaurant downstairs with friendly staff. Next door to the hotel there is a popular cafe with a good variety of breakfast and lunch meals 100. Several other cafes and restaurants and numerous shops within easy walking distance. Free parking available in the hotel basement.

Super friendly staff. Rooms a little outdated, but so large and clean it was a very pleasant stay. Handy walking distance to dining and shops.

Me and the partner loved the hot tub

Overall the room was good with a lovely river aspect. However while still clean and comfortable some aspects like the bathroom and carpet looked a bit tired and dated. It had been a luxury room when new but maybe soon time for a renovation of the parts that are still original. The position was very good and I would overall recommend it.

Burnett Riverside has everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Very convenient for dining .. River Cruz cafe right next door , old Bundy Tavern straight across the road .. H2O restaurant on site .. a little noisy with trucks and emergency vehicles , rooms needed a thorough clean , windows were filthy , ants coming in from around windows so couldn’t leave any food out .. other than little things our stay was enjoyable

NICE SPOT IN TOWN, GREAT VIEW

Convenient place to stay for going to the Southern Great Barrier Reef. The bed was SO soft and comfortable- possibly the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in!

Nice location by the river, easy to park out front

Nice spot in BUNDABERG CBD, clean and tidy although they weren’t open for breakfast, there were plenty of options with in a short walk.

Lovely comfy beds and a spacious clean room. Minor areas in bathroom could do with more attention. Toilet paper and tissues were very cheap given the price per night. Booked for the convenience of the restaurant but it was closed for the weekend, but luckily there is a pub with good dining right across the road. Staff accomodating at checking in/out and they have secure underground parking.

the property is not new any more, the double room has only one chair for use??

Was ok room smelled funny when I walked in

Nice enough hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. However after observing the specifically placed sticker on the spa that said "This spa has been cleaned", was horrified to turn it on and seemingly years of gunk and dirt came out of the jets. Water pressure in the shower was pretty awful too. Overall pretty disappointed, considering we paid for a spa room, and couldnt use it without getting covered in gross gunk.

Room was large, clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay. However the walls and floor seem very thin. Parking is limited underground. Overall good place to stay. Will stay again

Excellent location abutting the Burnett River, healthy walks to town center and along the grand river boardwalks, with some great park lands close by. Quality customer service from the get go. Impressive rooms, some have GREAT views staring down the river. Excellent in house restaurant right against the river views. NO SMOKING but you can walk into the park next door for that. Would recommend to friends or business associates.
