It was ok. Had broken iron and missing blow dryer to start but hotel took care of those two items. The hot tub did not work when I was there. Overall, just an ok hotel. Was not thrilled with it. Beds were hard also.

The room was overall ok, but 2 major problems stand out to me. One is that I was not able to hook up my Roku TV, I wish that this hotel was like all the other ones, I stay that where I was easy to be able to use my own streaming service device and not have to go and rely on that TV. But the major issue was that I saw a mouse in my room. That is not good in my opinion, that tells me that the cleanliness of this hotel is not up to standard. If a mouse is able to come in. This is the first time I ever was in a room with a mouse in a hotel.

Everything about this place was great, except for the WiFi. I had to work one day and the signal was so slow I used my cell phone for connection. When I called the front desk they gave me a number to call- and that person did do some troubleshooting but nothing worked. To their credit she did call back later to see if anything had improved. It had not.
Everything else was great- location convenient, staff very friendly and helpful and the room pretty clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Great property! It's tucked back a bit even though it's right by the highway so it was very quiet. Easily walkable via skybridge to Park Meadows Mall and many dining options. Staff was wonderful

Unfriendly desk lady,seemed she was bothered that we were checking in.
Towels were dirty.
Upon checking out was charged $214 showed up on account $240 ,called and asked why told me there was a charge held of $20 for incidentals I told her that it still doesn’t add up $214+$20= $234 . She had NO answer (same unfriendly front desk lady ) answered when asked her name she put me on hold for 15mins and never came back to phone
Also,tried to pay cash (with credit card as a backup for incidentals) was told I couldn’t pay cash.
I normally do not put up reviews but felt this was worth mentioning.

This was our first time here and we loved it. The pool was open late which we enjoyed. The beds were comfortable. Cute atmosphere. There's a Starbucks inside for your fancy coffee needs.

I stayed in the suite with my son and mother. It was very comfortable and nice to have a separate room for anyone waking earlier.
I wish children werent allowed after 10. Two nights we went to the hit tub and thing children were yelling and screaming having a great time. They were good kids. I just couldn't talk to my family because it was so noisy that i couldn't hear.

USB ports in the rooms. Hot Tub was wonderful. Staff, accommodating. I stayed 4 nights and saved $500 over the Embassy Suite's. They do not have USB ports in their rooms, (I was unable to charge any of my devices) and no hot tub, AND EMBASSY SUITES CONVENTION CENTER CHARGES $56 PER NIGHT FOR PARKING. Not only did Courtyard save me $500 on my room, I also saved $224 in parking! COURTYARD is my officially my new hotel of choice.

Stay here regularly for location. This last time hotel was loud til 1am and after I moved I then heard traffic by 5am. Great place to stay but choose the side of hotel without traffic at windows.

We enjoyed our stay. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. We did not use the pool or any other amenities so can’t share anything on that.

We had just a one night stay. It was good, clean, quiet, and convenient. The Jacuzzi was far too hot and the pool a little bit cold so, not quite as enjoyable as it could have been but at least it was clean. Also they didn't offer a free coffee bar as many chains do so that was a little disappointing. The beds were very comfy & cozy with great pillows so, that was a big plus.

we were in Denver for an overnight shopping trip; this room was priced well and suited our stay; I always like a free continental breakfast and convenient parking, but this was pay breakfast and the parking was a little wonky, but I'd recommend this hotel
