Staff is pleasant, breakfast is good.

Both queen beds were sunken & old. As in permanent indentation in spots .

Clean with friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast!

Room was nice and quiet and in good condition. the bed itself was decent.

I requested housekeeping every other night and received none. Pillows on the bed were not good. Went flat immediately. There was not a variety of pillow types like most hotels these days. I requested extra pillows one morning and never got them. Had to make staff go to an unoccupied room to get extra pillows that evening. Front desk staff not great. One person has very strong accent and couldn't understand what I was saying, having to repeat myself multiple time. The other staff person chatted with someone about his personal life for quite some time while I was waiting to as a question and was completely ignored. Waited almost 10 minutes before I got help.

The place is modern, clean and nice and quiet even though it's near a freeway. Breakfast is good. Beds are very comfortable. Coffee in the lobby

I really liked the location. Proximity to shops, restaurants, and highways was a big plus. Wonderful staff made my whole family feel comfortable and very welcome. Room decore was pleasant, beds were comfortable, and bathroom functional. We stayed for seven days and every night was quiet, just ideal for sleeping.

I would like if the pool water was a bit warmer.

I loved Tina. she was the only saving grace this facility had. Professional,courteous,accommodating she was incredible.

TV didn’t work. Low pressure on the water. I could go on and on yet it would override the fact that Tina was incredible.

Fairfield Inn & Suites staff is friendly, we especially love Tina! The rooms are comfortable and clean and breakfast was provided. It’s located around everything you need. The mall is less than 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants nearby.

It was disappointing that we couldn’t extend our stay at the front desk because we used third party to make reservations. Also, the property doesn’t offer late check-out.

Staff was extremely courteous.

The hidden $15 booking fee that makes your cost stupid compared to other options for a single night stay.
