the bed was very comfy and the pillows wonderful. we enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee was excellent. very good location and will definitely book sgsin

The room was supposed to be a suite with kitchen. Coffee maker horrible not even a toaster

This was a handicapped room which was not requested. Shower ran out onto floor, there wasn’t much space on the vanity. Toilet tank lid did not fit properly, so when flushing toilet the led raised, then banged down which made a loud noise. This was most disconcerting during the night.

We could tell that it had been updated fairly recent. It was comfortable enough for my husband and I for a week’s stay. Staff were very friendly. We were greeted every time we walked in, whether it was early afternoon or after midnight some days. Housekeeping was kind of loud. And knocked on our door at 8:15 in the morning while we were still sleeping (on vacation and getaway so was not trying to be up early like I do getting kids to school lol) and you could hear them playing their music pretty loud and singing while cleaning the rooms around us. But we weren’t TOO bothered by that—I love a good jam while working too. 😂 the pool area was being repainted and such, so we didn’t get to use it, but we went to the beach anyhow. Overall it was a great stay and we don’t have any complaints. ☺️

The room I booked was a king suite with kitchen, that was supposed to have a stovetop. When I got there it was no stovetop called the front desk and the guy told me I needed to contact hotels.com because they need to update their website. I then asked for a manager and he told me she wouldn't be there until the next morning. When I contacted the manager she told me all rooms didn't come with the stovetop only the people who booked extended stay. I informed her of what was on their website at Hamptoninn.com and she then said she was have to talk to sales to update their website and that she didn't have any other suites with the stovetop.

We traveled here to go to go to the space center. The hotel is decent, though the area around it is rather rundown. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel was in good shape. Parking is plentiful and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The gym was clean and, everything worked, so I was pretty pleased overall

The room I booked was not available. I was told hotels.com overbooked that room and it wasn't available. I was given a lesser room and it wasn't available to move into yet at 7pm. I wasn't given a refund or discount. I was told I could move into my reserved room the following day but the same thing happened, that room wasn't available the next day either. I ended up going to a different hotel altogether due to terrible service.

The lady in front desk made us wait whike she was on the phone for 10 minutes.
Breakfast-They were out of food 1 hr early and when asked for fruits or yogurt, they said they are out and didn’t fill. They did have much choice for kids. We hardly had any breakfast. Not worth it.

Stay was sub par. When I arrived at 4pm I was initially unable to check in for 30 minutes as the room was not yet ready. The room itself met the standard of cleanliness, which was nice. But there was a missing shower curtain in the bathroom, which was not ideal. The cable was not working in the room, and after I calling the front desk I was told that they would look into it. Nothing was ever done, and O spent the entire evening without television

Hotel was very dirty in the shower. It had grown mold that had to have gone on for at least weeks. There cannot be any quality control if this was allowed to go on. There were also curly hairs on the floor in the shower. The water pipes were crazy loud. I had to call the front desk at 6:15am. They could hear it loudly over the phone. The opener for the curtains did not work. The bed was comfortable enough. I think some of the plugs did not work either. The breakfast was fine. I did not ask for anything. I just told them and left. I wanted out!

Everything we needed and more. Room was spacious and comfortable. Property was attractive and clean. Easy parking. Walked to Carraba's next door, plenty of other restaurants nearby. Close to NASA. Will stay again.

Unfortunately after a late night arrival I was a few minutes late for breakfast, a staff member was not understanding about this fact and very unaccommodating with a very abrasive manner.

The morning of check out, after ironing and putting everything back. A roach crawled out from the side of the bed my son slept in. It crawled onto a pillow case, I pulled it onto the floor and stepped on it, left for house keeping to see and reported it to the front desk, Who didn’t really care.

Cristal at the front desk went above and beyond. We had just gotten off a cruise ship in galveston and we had a lyft drive drop us off at 9:30 in the morning to see if they could hold our luggage while we went to the space center until check in at 3pm. Cristal stated she could. I asked if it was possible that they might have a room available early. Cristal stated they did and she could go ahead and let us have it early. I could have cried. My husband is disabled, we were tired and for Cristal to let us check in early was more amazing for us than you can imagine. It allowed my husband a chance to lay down and rest and get a cup of coffee. Cristal's kindness was amazing! It meant so so much to us. Hampton has my business forever now!!Thank you Cristal, your kindness meant so much to us!!

Great stay, my only concern is with the booking - I booked 3 King bed suites together, and ended up getting 2 normal rooms on one floor with the 3rd room on a different floor that was actually a suite. Just confused as to why the differentiation occured.

TV has no signal when we arrived, excuse was due to rain but when asked are we the only one having this problem, no response. We stayed out all day so when we went back to hotel and asked for maintainance to fix TV we were told we shoul not have waited this late to request for them. Well, we should not have this problem AT ALL. Not our fault. Microwave does not heat up food either. Door cards got deactivated several times. Had to go to the desk 3x!!! And the person even asked us what's wrong with our cards, well what is wrong with YOUR cards?!!! Poor service.

The staff was willing to please especially Nisha that ran the front desk in the evening. Would like to give the lady's that ran the breakfast buffet a five star rating also. They kept everything fully stocked and was no waiting for breakfast.

I would not recommend this property due to cockroaches on my night stand. My room was switched but I was worried about cockroaches during my stay. No discount has been offered.
