Started off badly. The reception was closed at 4pm which was a cold reception after a long day travelling. The room could have been cleaner. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my 2 nights at the lodge and the girl in the reception was actually a huge embassador for your company

Was too loud with drunk residents within the lodge, coming in at late night. Staff did not assist. Didnt change soaking wet bathmat (shower doesn't seal properly). Don't bother going here.

Victor was very welcoming and extremely helpful. The bed was so comfortable! Great location to shopping, dining and tourist attractions!

No late night arrival in information. At this price, I’d expect milk in the room. Unclear instructions to get to room. No-one at reception at reception 10am to discuss issues, and pay.

Excellent accommodation friendly service

We spent 3 nights in Queenstown with Lomond Lodge as our base. Everything happened perfectly and the location was so close to both the food precinct and the Steamer Wharf

We arrived around 830pm and the lodge had everything accessible for check in although no one was at the front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a small refrigerator, but not a deal breaker. Would I stay there again...yes. Would it be my first choice...probably not.

The only niggle was that it was difficult to contact the night manager when we had a problem but when she arrived she was really helpful

I did not find any information on the website indicating that there is no elevator. Being elderly and with two new knees, I needed for the staff to carry my bags to and from the room. There are no ground floor accommodations and no discussion of handicap accessibility.

Very disappointed to find out that there is no window in the bedroom. This should have been disclosed in the description.

Fantastic stay at Lomond lodge, convenient walk to town and other surrounding attractions (the gondola). Beautiful view from our apartment, front middle room 13. Laundry facilities are great and fresh towels were on hand if needed. Plans to stay there again next year highly recommend.

I was very happy in the little apartment. Nice to have the heated mattress pads after chilly days of exploring. Only con in the room was the small bathroom sink, hard to wash your face without getting water everywhere. Otherwise, it was quiet, clean, and perfect for a weekend away.

The property has been renovated recently and the inside looks sharp, modern, and stylish. The bed is very soft and comfortable. The view from our rooms ( rooms 1 & 2) is spectacular. We will definitely return next time in town

Bit of a walk up the hill, but close enough. The room was very pleasant. Nice bathroom. I'd return for sure.

Lovely and quite and close to town center.

Positive: Good location just a few minutes walk to town. Nice and upgraded rooms. Negative: No A/C, so will get very hot inside in the summer. We got a fan provided, which helped a bit. Room key stopped working. People in the office only from 9 am to 4 pm, which means they are typically not there when you are there and might need them, which was inconvenient. Overall: Will find another place next time, as there are many really good options in town to a comparable price.

Exceeded all expectations. Our water view room was superb. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. 10/10

Fantastic place to stay. Easy walk to downtown, clean and comfortable rooms. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

A comfortable room with a lovely garden to relax in. Super close to the shops. Great to have a kitchenette as well.

We have visited Queenstown a couple of times and we booked the lodge based on the Expedia reviews. The condition of the property was very average, no air con in the bedrooms which was very hard to sleep on hot nights. The lounge and bed sheets full of dust mites and the floor in the lounge are was dirty and sticky. There was no one to answer for any check- in questions. Someone just entered our room in the morning with a key without knocking on the door. The four star rating of the place is inaccurate and would not recommend to anyone wanting to spend 600 dollars a night.

The room is nice and new with a very comfortable large bed. Walking distance to town and free parking on site
