Staff was great. Food was mediocre. Gym is nice but always crowded since it is used by locals as their community gym. Not necessarily a bad thing since it provides great opportunity to interact with them

The hotel is superb. The room was immaculate and cleaned daily.

only the problem for me its coffee in the morning awful taste of beans all the time we stayed and last time even coffee machines were broken. breakfast is simple, always not enough fresh vegetables

Loud wedding venue disrupted our stay with people drunk and loud

I was there overnight with my 9 year old daughter. I slipped on the floor when i got out of the shower and the staff were amazing with me, especially first aider Shania. She offered to get me to hospital and put my arm in a sling. The staff were all so helpful after my accident. I attended hospital when i got home next day and i have a broken elbow and fingers.

Gym and the pool were great. Staff very friendly on check in.

I arrived for my stay on the Sunday the 28 January 2024. My stay was for 2 nights. The bed in the room I received is not fit for human habitation. The sound when you sit on the bed or move during the night was so loud it kept me awake all night. My back is absolutely aching now and I’m just hoping it will go away over time. Overall I am absolutely disgusted with the overall service. Never again will I stay in the hotel.

Worked perfectly for us as easy into Glasgow and then onto M74. Lovely leisure facilities.

The hotel overall is ok, a bit old furniture but service is kind. What they really need to change ASAP are the mattresses and the showers. I came back with a bad back pain, and I go very often since its the closest hotel to my office. Thanks

hi it might concern the first night we were in room 329 mattress was very noisy like the springs were broken very uncomfortable night. Very disappointed with the Hilton Service provided second night was moved to room 318 the bed was two piece's mattress zipped together very uncomfortable night very disappointed with the high-class name of hilton Doubletree third night moved again to room 218. The mattress was a little bit better, but there was a odor in the room also the door which was hooked closed, opens automatically like there’s a ghost in the room. Very disappointed with Oda and experience at the Hilton Doubletree Glasgow. very disappointed with this experience had to leave the hotel one day before because of all the problems you have spilt my experience in Glasgow you have cost me money, pay and bad experience due to your inconsiderate hotel.

Wish there had been more pillows and bed was uncomfortable but we would still stay again hotel was beautiful and the staff very kind

We are choosing the hotels with SPA area, but be ready last admission at 19-15! and closing at 20.00. Will be great if you extend your working hours till 22, like almost the hotels. Really wanted to chill out after long drive at weekend! Room was perfect and stuff are great!

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the property was very modern and well-appointed, and the food in the attached restaurant was great.

Facilities and service was good however, I was in a room through the wall from the lift (321) and could hear the lift in operation. This was louder during the night and I never got much sleep. So I would avoid these rooms. I did complain in morning and they reduced the price by 50%

The hotel stay was great. However, the time in the restaurant waiting for your meal was too long. First night was bad but second night was far worse. We waited over an hour and mine had to go back

Friendly staff, very clean, my only issue was the bed was very uncomfortable. I'm sure just our room, but very visible dip in mattress and could actually feel the springs and very noisy just turning over. I couldn't see anyone on leaving to mention to change the mattress. Otherwise, fitted the bill fine. Went home for a sleep!
