A old fashioned Soviet hotel that seems you are in a ghost movie. Breakfast terrible. But the worst part is THE STAFF. Recepcionists are RUDE and ARROGANT. Not even a smile. They never know NOTHING asked. They do NOT HELP IN ANYTHING. ZERO TO THIS HOTEL. Never more.

It was nice to stay at the hotel. People were very nice. Room was clean.

Quiet, clean and laid back. Excellent location adjoining parks and a short stroll to the city center. Friendly front desk staff.

It is my pleasure to say that hotel is give you excellent service and good time to be in it. Hotel situated in walking distance from mains street and two gorgeous parks.

Exellent hotel with very good position in the center if the city and close to park. Staff is frendly and helpfull. Food is good and healthy.

A loved place to stay with friendly helpful staff, local facilities nearby and a lovely park full of culture and life just across the street.

As with a lot of negative reviews, the management will post a reply saying "contacts us so we can improve". Well I did. Whilst I was there. I booked a room with a veranda and black out curtains.. I was down graded on arrival to one with neither. I called the reception and was eventually shown a room with a veranda but not black out curtains. I was then shown a room with "black out curtains" which were not. Later I note that aircon is not working. Call reception to be told no one was coming to fix it and how about i open the door? So I open the door to the swarm of bugs and bity inset who are merrily dancing to the significantly loud bass from the Karaoke club next to the park. Door closed again the the temperature hits 28 degrees in the room. The next morning they say the aircon was out over the whole hotel and that it would not be on the next nights either. Due to no sleep I get to the restaurant for breakfast a minute past 10am and its closed. I almost had to beg for a coffee (NOTE - there are no tea or coffee making facilities in their rooms) I Check out and move across town to a hotel with all my requirements. It's a shame - it could be such a lovely hotel but who ever owns and managers is has no idea about running a hotel. It's full of trinkets and gimmicks and misses the basics. Hospitality - Good rest and sleep and service. MIsses on all fronts.

I travel a lot and this didn't really feel like a four star hotel. However for Moldova, which may be part of Europe, but doesn't really feel like it, it is a four/ five star hotel. The hotel is newish, fabulously clean. etc. You couldn't fault the room etc. The breakfast was a traditional continental affair, with some local quirks - cold fried eggs. I didn't try the restaurant, so can't comment. There didn't appear to be any room service, which was odd. I Normally use the gym, but i was a bit under the weather so didn't. However you seemed to have to book it and pay if you wanted the sauna. The price is cheap compared to similar hotels in other countries. On the whole I will stay there again when i next travel to Moldova.

floors could be updated and more clean. bathrooms are tiny. but i guess is normal for europe. the food is amaizing, and the stuff is very proffesional.

Thank goodness you can open the windows and open the door and get a breeze. The staff were nice and tried to see if they could do something about the temperature, but it never was fixed - made the stay pretty miserable.The hotel has a great location and was probably once a decent hotel, but given a choice, Id try somewhere else next time.

Bad start as they took 1 hour to find my reservation. The bed is not confortable, but the neighbourhood and the breakfast are good. Expensive for the money.

This is a very nice small hotel in the very heart of the city, right by the most beautiful Pushkin Park. The people in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size although not too big. The air conditioning worked but I would prefer that it worked a little stronger since it was extremely hot outside. The room was cleaned daily. The restaurant was nice and clean, and the breakfast was very nice, with a big variety of food. The only thing was the the magnetic key to the room had to be charged every other day. I was told that I keep it next to my cell phone, and it got de-magnetized.

The hotel has the best location, being situated in the very centre of Chisinau. Rooms towards the park were very good (new, clean and comfortable). However, the service in the restaurant was a bit clumsy.

This hotel was great. They were doing some renovations on the 4th floor (we stayed on the 5th) but it didn't bother us at all. We actually came to the hotel before check in time (with a baby) and they were kind enough to let us into our room early. The room was very nice and spacious and the bathroom was updated. The fitness room is open 24/7 which is nice. There is a park right across from the hotel which is nice for a morning run. The hotel itself is located in a great spot.

Old Hotel in bad conditions.The door in bathroom does not close at all. We asked staff to repair, but nothing happened.Price very high for this hotel.

Great location, great service, facility is old but well maintained, It is at the heart of the city and it has an awesome restaurant.

My stay was short. My experience was with just one staff member. The young lady at the front desk. Spoke excellent English and was easy to ask questions.

pleasant experience. There is limited choice of hotels In Chisinau,but this one was good value for money. Breakfasts were ok but could be improved. facilities all very good. Staff all excellent , helpful and friendly. Will use again if I go back to Chisinau.
