Perfect for a short stay in Oslo. Hotel couldn’t be more central. Breakfast was amazing!

The room we booked was very small but an excellent base for getting around Oslo. Train, tram and bus options on the doorstep.

Modern shower door with half glass door is not practical. It is extremely poor design. The bathroom floor gets wet and slippery. You should change the shower door for full enclosure. It is a risk hazard and not very environment friendly.

We paid a lot for a "family room" and instead got a room little larger than a shoe box, with the main bed flush against the outside wall and a bunk bed flush against the other side of the bed, the room was "that" small.... It had no air conditioning, so was really hot, even though outside is was only warm, and so uncomfortable in every sense, small and hot.... The only upsides were it's right next to the railway station and the breakfast was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, but that didn't make up for a very expensive shoe box sized "family room".

This hotel is connected to a good restaurant and shopping mall. Also connects easily to train terminal..just a short walk. A lot of shopping and attractions nearby. Staff was super helpful.

Breakfast was excellent!!

Breakfast is amazing. Streetcars outside are noisy. They let us store our bags for a few hours until our train arrived. Very convenient to train station.

The staff was simply awesome. Helpful, humorous, and skilled.

We absolutely love the hotel ! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly ! the breakfast was the best ! A lot of variety to choose from ! The hotel was close to everything the room was very nice and spacious !!

Lobby, elevators and corridors dirty. Rooms are very hot without air conditioning (we just had a fan).

The breakfast was great, and we loved the Lobby hang-out area with games and a bar. The family room was small but met our needs, and our son loved the wall bunks! Super convenient location!

We've stayed at this property number of times and first and foremost it's about location, location, location...but this time it was all about how they treated us. Exceptional!

The accommodation environment, meals and service staff were all very nice. It was a pity that the cleaning of the room and the replacement of supplies were omitted during the two-day stay.

Great place to stay and perfect location in Bergen.

The hotel s in central of Oslo downtown, easy access to points of attractions. Might be noisy for some who like quiet. Room was clean and spotless. Staff were helpful. Recommend!

Good food. Good service. Clean rooms. Have used this hotel many times, and it.s always a good experience.

Gritty little area of the city, but super convenient for transportation.

The hotel was very good, once again cleanliness was great, the room was good, breakfast not as good as the Scandic Torgen in Bergen which we had left to go to,Oslo. The staff were friendly and efficient, so no complaints really

We had stayed at another Scandic across the street 3 days prior and it was wonderful. For starters the room was ridiculously tiny for 4 people and it was impossible to open up my large suitcase with the kids’ beds open. They Murphy bunk beds (that come out of the wall) which seemed cool until my kids were sleeping in them and they rolled over to the side of the wall and it began to close on them! Luckily their instincts kicked in and they woke up startled but rolled back over. From then on my 210lb, 6’2 husband slept on the bottom which prevented the bed from closing on my son. We were only there for one night so we didn’t want to be bothered to change rooms at 1am and just dealt with it. Lastly when we checked in and asked about parking, the receptionist told me that i could pay a lesser fee if we paid at a different kiosk inside the hotel. She forgot to mention that we were to pay at the time of parking rather than when we would leave. So we had to pay the full price. Norway is extremely expensive!! Any discount help so this made me furious. Needless to say, I would not stay here again.

Excellent location in th center. Easily accessible by train from the airport direct to train station in Central. Also bus/tram available there. Hotel is part of Central shopping center. Room was clean, well appointed, Staff were excellent - helpful, welcoming, pofessional. Good breakfast and tons of restaurants around the area. Would definitely recommend.

Room is not clean enough, full of dust, body/hair wash was empty, no refill even requested at the first time. Double bed was extremely uncomfortable. Internal phone system malfunction, not able to call room to room as well as front desk. Refrigerator had drinks from previous customers and did not clean up. Shower water temperature is not stable.

Conveniently close to Oslo S. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Bed wasn’t super comfortable, still I’ll stay here again.
