Hotel was nice, no complains. Location close to airport convenient. But the surrounding was the worst ever, absolutely horrible area, no places to go to. Will defently not come back.

We were supposed to stay two nights. We checked in aroun 02:00 AM. The room smelled horrible, like a public toilet.
Next morning I asked for another room, but there were none. Our room was sprayed with airfreshner, but it only spelled OK for 15 minutes.
I then ordered a room at Novotel (through Hotels.com).
This was proven to be a way better option.
At check out from Hilton, they suddely had another room available, but too late. And I didnt even get my last nigh refunded.
The Novotel is highly recommended.

The property is gorgeous, my room was lovely and the staff was very welcoming to a tired and jet lagged traveler. Upon arrival I had no rupees and while the hotel does not have an ATM they kindly helped me to go to the property across the street to use the ATM. The staff also helped secure prepaid taxis to get around the city. The location is very close to the airport, just a few minutes by taxi. The hotel is in the airport neighborhood, not very walkable or near tourist sites, but the taxis are convenient.

Stayed three nights, everything from check in to check out was amazing, hotel delivers a true 5 star quality service, can’t find those in US, definitely recommend staying here, worth getting an executive room upgrade

Due to construction outdoor site hotel blocked cars to come up on the ramp it made walling tough on the slope staff wasnt helpful to get the stuff to our room. Place is old and not kept good. Room service was poor. Only kitchen and restaurant was good

Very clean and comfortable and a lovely building. Stayed one night before going on a cruise and really enjoyed the experience.

Excellent hotel. Three night stay during the holiday season. Beautifully decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved their breakfasts and happy hours. Very pleasant environment with meeting rooms.
Would have liked more choices of restaurants in the hotel. The south Asian restaurant did not appeal to me but they seemed to have a wide variety of Asian food. Will definitely stay here again.

Hilton was very nice and very near to airport, and the location of the hotel is in buziest area which get any thing at appropriate time, one thing i dont like is house keeping is chargable as other hotels are not charging and why hilton is charing? the rest of everything (reception, housekeeing, breakfast section) all are friendly and supportive staff

We stopped over at this hotel for a couple of nights. It is very convenient for the airport and is clean/well maintained. Our booking included a food/drink credit, but we always had to remind the restaurant to include this (this has been an automatic process in other places we have stayed in India). There was also some confusion over our order for dinner one evening and the food wasn’t good the next evening either - we provided feedback at the time, but felt that it wasn’t really acted on. We also couldn’t figure out how to use the lights in the room & an orientation for guests might be useful for the future.

We request non smoking room ,when we enter in room smell like smoking room,next day breakfast open 6:30 in morning,we go there around 7:00 clock there is no upma we r waiting 30 :00 minutes no upma .

I only liked the people who welcomed us when we entered the hotel( like Westley ) , the reception people are terrible, no Wi-Fi . All false hopes saying it will be fixed . Will never stay at that Hilton.

A perfect place to stay in Mumbai. Stay was so friendly and kind. Amenities were perfect, and the room was lovely.

Proximity to airport - transfer from airport was smooth even though our flight ran very late! Chauffeur was very kind and personable.
There is however a distinct smell in the corridors that should be dealt with!

Hotels.com are sending out completely wrong information about the hotel upfront for the stay. Please delete all in it as it’s completely wrongfully and need to be removed
Eg all facilities are open now in 2023, such as SPA, gym, executive lounge and swimming pool. In your information mail it’s stated temporarily closed.

The staff and facility are amazing and what you would expect from a Hilton property. We found the food quality to be lacking. We got there late and wanted something to eat so we chose The IC restaurant. The food we ordered was almost inedible. We had better luck utilizing the executive level lounge for some of our meals.

My room was double booked. I arrived at 7am expecting to have a room that was prepaid for, only to find out nothing was available, they had sold my room out due to late arrival. did not get a room until 845am. I will never stay here again due to double booking practices.

Arrived at 11PM, the booked room was not available, ended up in a different lower cost room even with a prepaid reservation. I will not stay here ever again due to their double-booking practices.

Food and service in restaurants was awful. Cold fish tikka, chicken ceaser salad takes 50 minutes and there was no dressing, it was a dry chick breast with soggy croutons and some limp lettuce leaves with no dressing or Parmesan cheese, opted then for a margarita pizza, again cold and soggy. Restaurant and bar awful service in addition to food.

Overall a comfortable stay, but there were several issues with the service. They solicited booking an expensive drop car for the airport, but the sent me a normal sedan which I was asking for in the first place. In the process I payed 1000 INR extra. They gave us a wrong preoccupied room mistakenly, but upon discovery didn't even apologise. Overall not worth the Penney they charge for.

No minibar in the room. Otherwise great service including pick-up and return to the airport. Lovely staff. Great food. Perfect if you need to spend a night in Mumbai near the airports.

Close to Airport but with plenty of public transport options to go to city attractions, a prompt and freindly checkin, room spacious with premium toileteries, upper class breakfast with "made to order in some items", prompt checkout. All in all a true Hilton Hotel (perhaps more than what we see in other Hilton Hotels in Europe and US.
