There was so much wrong I cannot tell you. Dirty room, staff wouldn’t help when the tub had no liner and water leaked everywhere. Stay somewhere else!

Staff was very nice and tried to assist. TV remote didn’t work. Unable to turn off A/C or heat without unplugging the unit

There was mold all over the bathroom and it left muggy in the room. Then bed left wet.

Coffee was cold and the breakfast was mediocre

We had a nice time here. The property itself could use a little work and updating, but for the price it was great. Everything the clean and the beds were comfortable.

Not sure what’s going on but they are not a very good hotel at this time, 9/2/2024. We walked in to an argument between two people, one definitely worked there, the other was an owner/manager. They appeared to have staffing issues. Our room was short on towels and had no soap. The breakfast was limited (biscuits & gravel, bagels, toast, yogurt, waffles, cereal). We were there three mornings and it never varied. On the last day there was something wrong with the orange juice, I found a soggy bagel, and there was something wrong with the pancake batter. We had no room service for the days we were there. The hotel was relatively inexpensive and was close to the things we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and we were OK overall. We would not go back.

Just so so. There are some items in disrepair but room was clean enough. Showers and grout have some mildew and it did not strike me as hotel level clean. Carpet soiled, phone did not work and remote cover was missing for TV. Seemed short staffed as there was often no one at desk. Breakfast needs more healthy and fresh options. Ok if you just need a place to sleep and basic breakfast.

The staff was great. The breakfast was also great. I was not impressed with my room. There were stains on the white window shade as well as many stains on the carpet and lounge chair. Carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. There was a used bar of soap with a hair on it in the shower. GROSS! A new bar of soap wasn't provided and neither was shampoo. There was only a bottle of conditioner and lotion. Bathroom sink had some type of plaster on half of it that was chipping. Looks like they tried to cover a crack. The trim behind the bathroom door was rusted and not completely attached to the door. Bathroom floor was not swept or cleaned. There was only ONE hanger for clothes. Ironing board was in bad shape as well as the iron. The sprinklers on the wall near the cailing were rusty. Overall not impressed and would have rather stayed next door at the Comfort Inn but they were booked. Next I would rather pay more to stay somewhere nicer.

No staff member available to check us in. Room missing toilet paper, tissues, coffee. Ice machine dirty. No staff member to maintain breakfast. 2 hangers in closet. No luggage rack. A container of testosterone jelly left on top of pop machine for all 3 days.

The price on there website was 246 and you charged Me 309 I don’t think that was fair, but the room and breakfast was great . Paul

This property needs some TLC. There were exterior doors that did not lock, surrounding garbage cans needed emptied, paint chipping in the rooms, hallways and the bedding in my room had stains. To top everything I was charged double the rate using the Expedia App. DOUBLE!!! while confirming payment mind you. Even the front desk manager on duty said the rate was too high. Very disappointed in this booking and the property.

We did not have a shower curtain, working phone or working electric outlets in our room. We also did not have hand soap or shower soap. The front desk staff was not helpful.

Nothing special

Overall very nice establishment. Breakfast service could've been better and there were some plumbing issues (with toilet and hot tub). Would stay here again.

Just average. Fairly clean. Noisy. Price too high for what it was. Sorry not impressed…,snd we have stayed at several County Inn sns Suites. Needs spruced up.

Property was older and seemed a little on the dirty side as a whole

Room was nice and Clean, outside of building, landscape and hallway carpets need attention.

Breakfast buffet was empty, hostess was to start making the eggs and sausage, when asked how long she stated 15 minutes. However, 30 minutes later it still wasnt ready so we had to aim for a peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

gave us wrong room and would do nothing to help us. getting someone’s attention to come to front desk was very hard.

No room cleaning unless you asked. Breakfast was bad. Sediment In pool. Floors and bathrooms dirty in room on arrival. Paint smudges in room and caulking off tub. Front desk didn’t know rooms that were ready on arrival.

Hotel very clean. Beds comfortable. Rooms have been updated except for shower/tub which need updating but overall good stay

Good location, but it doesn’t seem like management cares about the condition of the building. Visibly dirty carpet, slow drains, mildew on lamp shades, not very clean overall.

The bathroom was awful. The toilet seat was very low never saw one that low. the door dragged on the floor. the shower head was missing part and was filthy. the faucet handle made an awful noise when the cold water was turned on. the base of the tub was very dirty.

Overnight stay on a longer trip. Nice place would stay there again

The staff was super nice! Pool could’ve been kept up a little better, but the breakfast was awesome so I think that made up for it! Room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed.

Costumer service was amazing, even offered to do a wake up call when I mentioned I wanted to sleep in and not miss breakfast. Shower curtain was not installed properly which made shower experience a little awkward. But overall a good experience

Tv hard to use

Dirty bathroom, holes in the walls and ceilings. Hair dryer wouldn’t work, nothing to drink but tap water after breakfast. Vending machine not working and poor customer service.
