I stayed here because the proximity to Red Rocks. Easy access to the park and the breakfast was perfect. Friendly staff and clean rooms

Room was very clean and comfortable. Was so happy you provided daily maid service. No one does that anymore. Housekeeping, front desk and breakfast lady were very polite and courteous.

We were greeted by Mary who is an amazing ambassador for customer service. She was so helpful allowing us to check in early with an infant. She always greeted us with a smile. Nati was amazing and maintained the breakfast bar well stocked and clean each morning. Lucia was very considerate and cleaned our room around our schedule with our infant. Everyone was helpful and considerate. I would recommend this location for families and anyone with pets. We made friends with a few dogs during our stay.

Okay to stay a night or two. Room is clean, it had a full kitchen but no plate, silverware or cookware in sight, found it kinda strange.
Area seemed safe. The outside pool is nice.

Patricia and Roma Trujillo were fantastic. They went above and beyond in helping us locate an item we left behind. They deserve a raise!!!! Can’t say enough good things about them.

The desk clerk when I checked in was extremely friendly and helpful, and set me up in a room that was perfect for my needs and way more than I expected. The room was WONDERFUL and the hotel in really good overall condition. I was upgraded to a 12:00 check out time, but I guess the maid didn't know and kept checking to see if I was gone.

The shower head was cracked and leaked water onto the wall, it looked like they patched the wall, but didnt replace the shower head. We heard all of the footsteps above us in our room as well. Found a pair of dirty socks tucked behind the bed.

Sofa need to be replaced. Had a huge sag on it so was very uncomfortable to sit on. Also fire alarm incident last night of our stay was tough to deal with.

10 out of 10 best place I have stayed in and the staff was first class. I will absolutely return for my next trip to Vegas. Alice and Nettie were fantastic so friendly and welcoming thank for a Great visit!!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Very accommodating and helpful. It was record highs during our stay and when the ac stopped working in our room there were no questions asked and they moved us immediately. Area is clean and plenty of amenities near by. Would stay here again.
