An older but well-maintained facility in the center of old Toledo. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Good value for money.

Location is just perfect, the hotel is next to Alcazar - on the very top of Toledo. Zocodover square is a 2 min walk downhill. Hotel staff is very nice, we got our room before their normal check-in time, around 10:00 am. The room was clean, but several things are disappointing. The rail for the showerhead came loose, when you turn the water on the showerhead came out swinging around with water. For air conditioner to work requires guest card to be present in a slot at the entrance of the room. When you leave the room and take the card with you, you turn everything electrical in the room off. That means you come back to find your room sweltering hot at over 100 F. There is no refrigerator nor a coffee maker in the room, so if you have to make a morning train out of Toledo, you cant have your coffee in the morning, as their restaurant is also not open until 8:00 am.

The hotel was fine except the air conditioning in our room was broken and it was 110 degrees that day. We did get switched to a different room our second night. Staff did not seem concerned with the issue. Outside of that - the hotel was quite nice and in an excellent location.

This is a basic hotel which is very conveniently located. It has friendly, helpful staff. The car parking at the Alcazar Garage is close by and reasonably priced. I would have liked to see a fridge and coffee making facilities.

Very simply room not for 3 * with not irony sheets, sink very high and almost uselles.

This hotel had one of the largest bathrooms and very nicely renovated. Plenty of room to move around in and the shower was one of the nicest weve encountered in Europe. The hotel also has parking in a garage just across the street.

Loved staying at the Toledo Imperial. Superb location right near the main plaza and value parking in the Alzcazar Parking ramp just 50 mt away. Very comfortable, clean atmosphere and nicely decorated in a more modern fashion. The staff was most friendly and helpful and the breakfast decent. Walking distance to the museums and slews of restaurants and shops. Enjoyable experience.

Fantastic location, good value, simple. Perfect for Toledo since so little time is spent in the room.

Hotel very well situated, just around the corner from main square - but perfectly quiet and peaceful setting. Breakfast was included in the price and it was fresh and plentiful. Hotel staff very helpful and spoke excellent English when we were stuck with our limited Spanish! Excellent value for money. We had a family room and it was huge. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is less than 2 min walk from Alcazar. The paid parking lot is very close to the hotel and its convenient.

The room was not fancy, but had everything that I needed. Almost all the hotels that I stayed in while in Spain and Portugal had hard, spring-ey beds and this was no exception, but it was clean and relatively comfortable. It was well situated and the folks at the desk were fantastic. Great value for a brief overnight stay.

The city is magical, people are friendly and very safe to walk around late in the day. Our room had a balcony looking to a small plaza across the Alcazar.

We stayed in the Hotel Toledo Imperial for a night. Facilities were clean and cool in the hot temperatures. Front office staff was courteous, overall had a good night's sleep!
