It was a good place to stay if you are visiting Scranton for a few days

Had a very nice stay with my family after we lost power for several days. Room was spacious clean and comfortable.

Was checked in to an accessible room. No issues with that, however there needs to be a better solution to the accessible shower.
A small threshold bump would be acceptable to maintain the shower water from flooding the bathroom floor.
Those able to travel using a wheelchair are experienced with bumps, cracks and slight elevated road and sidewalk surfaces and can manage a small bump in the shower.

The property was in good location but didn’t like the bed. It had metal sticking out the side of it and my husband hurt his leg on it. We let the staff know. Our AC was not working either. The bathroom was not bad but could have been a little cleaner

The bathroom was the main issue along with the breakfast. The bathroom needs a deep clean. Very little coffee and what was there was cold. This is the weakest breakfast that I have had in a hotel in a long time.

Quick check-in with staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. Free breakfast was a great feature, but would appreciate if there are a little bit more selection to choose from.

We stopped at this hotel to rest for the night as our half way point home to Toronto. The hotel was clean, room was spacious for a family of 4, wife and 2 kids (4yo & 7yo). The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very soft. If you cannot sleep on soft pillows it may be an issue. Check in was simple, staff was nice. Breakfast was simple and basic. All that we need. The fresh waffle maker is always a deal breaker with the kids. I would recommend this hotel to others. They do a great job in keeping the building clean and tidy.

This was a good place to crash on our drive home. Comfortable room and great breakfast the following morning. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Staff was friendly. The property is located on a quiet place. The bathroom was good and clean, but there was a little odor.

Very good bargain. I was happy with the experience. One thing i would suggest is that they let people know that there is a parking fee, which is billed under incudental exoenses. That wasnt clear.

It is very noisy because it’s close to the highway and it’s not sound proofed. There are no clocks in the room. There was a gap under the door big enough for a small animal to get through. We stuffed a towel in the gap. And you have to pay for parking!

The room had not been vacuumed with nail clippings on floor. Also the bathroom floor was dirty and bathroom doors was hard to close.

Our room had mold within the air conditioning unit. The property is NOT what the pics looks like. It was dingy, dark, and there was an odd smell in the room. The bathroom was dated and tile/grout was gross. Would not recommend.

We stayed here during college visits. It was a little further removed from downtown Scranton than I realized and set among a shopping area. The check in was fine. Not very friendly but polite. Only 2 towels in the room but we very easily got more. Hotel is updated and clean. No pool.
