Location was good, and convenient to shopping and food.

The bathroom was dated, there were needed repairs to some of the drywall.

I was told upon registering at the desk that some renovations were being done. When I got off the elevator on the 2nd the first thing I notice was the table in the lobby full of dust then I looked down the hallway there was debris all put aside in the corridor. The smell was very musky and the carpets were not clean. Upon entering my room there was a like a sewage smell . I found 2 bottle tops on the floor near the bed. Apparently the cleaning staff miss it. If it had not been late when I checked in , I would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel and from the start the front desk staff was very rude towards my family, I booked 2 rooms for over $500 for one night and we even found a big dead cockroach upon entering the room, we took pictures and videos, went to addressed it with front desk staff and they treated us like we were crazy did not even granted us to move rooms we had no choice but to stay because we were traveling from out of town and had no other choice since everything around the area was completely sold out. We left very early morning and will not return.

The service was terrible the front desk was rude the second day the room was not cleaned no towels coffee or shampoo. The carpet of the room was not cleaned for long period and so the corridors and the elevator smell mold. I will never come back to this hotel

The friendly staff, the convenient elevator, plentiful breakfast. easy parking.

The area is very closed down, stores out of business.

Everything was very nice very polite well staffed members
