Woke up to NO water. Was told it would be back on with not enough time before a meeting.
No dairy free options for the coffee creamer in the room or at the little corner store within the lobby.
The lobby bar is very loud!!
The valets were running to get cars after the meeting. They were great!
Of the choices to stay in downtown, this has been my least liked. I would noy opt to stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and a great location to Lucas Oil stadium and downtown. Only complaint was the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was hot in the room! Technician was speedy to come fix it. Thought he did…but he didn’t! Still got the last night!

Rooms are good and gym is also quite good. But breakfast only until 9:30 on the weekend? And $17 for WiFi per day?

I asked for extra towels and an extra blanket through the Hotels.com app and it was not provided. Lucky I found a member of the house keeping staff and she provided us with extra towels. Other then that, we love this hotel, have been here multiple times and will continue to to come back.

Hello,
I did not stay recently at your hotel in Indianapolis. I have contacted your customer service and they have a case open. I have spoken to several reps and one tells me a refund will be issued back to my card as I did not stay at your property. Another says it is still under investigation and could take 10 days. I want this resolved and credited back to the card that was charged so I can close this case. It is crucial this is completed as soon as possible. I await your quickest reply.

This hotel was very nice! It had a lot to offer with bars, restaurant, store with deli and snacks, and a coffee shop. This is how a hotel should be. Being able to get food, a drink and a latte without having to go out and find it all means a lot! Our hotel room was also very clean which makes it so much easier to relax in. Thank you!!

Usually hotel grab and go marts are all trash chips / candy / soda. This one had fresh sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, coconut water. The attached restaurants and bars were top notch. I very much enjoyed the Marriott lounge.

It is convenient but a long way from the stellar reviews. Our shower did not work on the first night, fixed next afternoon. The bartender at the wine bar on Saturday was NOT attentive (Camela??). We had to walk up to the bar to order and get our drinks. Asked for a bar food menu and never got one. For the money, it could have better service.

Our room was very clean and well appointed and it was very close to everything we wanted to do! We walked everywhere. HOWEVER, the bed was the worst bed we have EVER slept on! First of all, it was so close to floor. We could have overlooked that but it so was soft and lumpy and it sagged in the middle! We slept very little last night because the bed was so uncomfortable. Honestly, the night before we stayed in a hotel that was 1/2 the price of this hotel and the bed was super comfy!

We had a great stay at Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. Check in was a breeze and was able to get into a room before check in time. My request for late check out was granted by Jossie who also gladly accepted our bags for safekeeping after we checked out. Jossie is a wonderful asset of Marriott. She exemplifies high quality customer care.

We had a wonderful time at your facility. I really enjoyed the room. The staff was really friendly, even though it was very crowded. There was a situation which was Resolved very quickly and actually gave me a coffee coupon.
We have stayed at the other Marriott downtown and this one better.
Made at Connor’s one night and the staff was really nice. The food was very good.

This was a nice place to stay. It was very clean, and the staff was friendly. It was difficult to get in to check in. The front drive was impossible to get into at check in time, and the parking garage was full for self parking. We decided to explore the city and come back seversl hours later. We had to use the valet service or park across the street. Valet service was nice, just not what we had intended.

We are a family of four that traveled through from Kansas to Philadelphia. We decided to make Indianapolis one of our over night stops. The hotel had a nice lobby and was centrally located to most city sights, which we walked to see.
The staff were sweet and very helpful. Everyone asked about our stay.
Downside: The room was tiny and the bathroom was tight. The carpet smelled like an old vacuum cleaner and the sink smelled like sulfur.
Upsides: Centrally located, great views from the top floors, and kind staff.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Early check in was available. Valet attendants were very attentive in regard to my friend and I entering our Lyft rides. They ensured plate numbers matched and that it was actually our Lyft drivers. Hotel very clean. We actually smelled bleach which was very surprising (I love to smell the cleanliness lol) Room very clean. My Amazon order was delivered to my room with no problem. I would definitely stay here again.
