Very comfortable hotel in excellent position. Had very nice harbour view room. All staff were so helpful. Excellent breakfast. Very good choice of things to eat.

Room was ok, clean and quiet
Noticed extra charges on credit card after my stay but despite emailing company, I have not had a reply as to why nor have I been refunded

We booked a room for two adults and a ten year old. At check in, we were told the room had only one king bed and if we didn’t want to share, that’d be extra $60/night. They brought a roll out bed that barely fit in the room. To make it work, they moved a big chair against the desk and placed a side table by the entrance. It was ridiculous, felt like we were camping out. We’ve stayed at Hilton many times and there’s always a pull out if we book with a kid. Expecting that 2 adults and 1 pre teen will share a bed is insane.

The Hilton has the best location. It’s right in the city and by the water. The staff and service are amazing and provide excellent service. We had the King room and it was perfect. Great bed we had amazing sleeps, had the city view with the balcony and could see the vibe of Auckland. Would definitely stay again.

For its age still holding up..rooms in good condition, parking a breeze, Restaurant Fish very good food and fairly priced. Unfortunately some of the surrounding restaurants have closed…..leaving some gaps for other dining options.

Stunning views - beautiful big balcony/patio & spacious room & bathroom with separate bath. Great breakfast. A stunning destination. Right bedside ferries to Devonport & Waiheke etc too.

Great place to stay staff very friendly and helpful, dinning and breakfast perfect, harbour views fantastic, very easy walk to city shopping and restaurants , ferry’s to Waiheke island five minute walk away.
Parking was the only issue ,$60 per day and really no other option, parking station next to the building same price.
Other than that Auckland Hilton is a very nice place to stay in New Zealand

The Auckland Hilton was amazing. It is right on the Princes Pier and near everything. We walked to dinner and shopping every day. The Sky Tower was also a short walk away. Besides its convenient location, the hotel itself was beautiful and so well appointed. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and treated us so well.

Right on the big cruise ship dock, so the natural view, though very good, was frequently blocked by the ships. Large crowds at times as well when boarding was taking place.

Room was clean and staff excellent. Only needs a couple of things power point on both sides of bed and a tv that can be streamed to ( bit dated) otherwise no complaints nice hotel.

Beautiful room and a gorgeous view with a very massive deck. The room was luxurious and comfortable, and the facilities were great. We had heard before we got here that others have had to wait for their room to be ready which was the same case for us. While annoying, as we’d planned our activities around getting into our room at three, the staff were lovely and gave us complimentary drinks. The parking situation is super dire, however Fred at the front was lovely, friendly and helpful, making it a little more painless.

We requested a early check-in with a reply by assistant manager Catherine pending on availability Welcomed ANZA weekend with a warm smile front desk Maria with surprise our room was ready at 9am (please take note Maria & Concierge apologies missed her name 25th April AM shift) are definitely a asset to the brand,first timers at the Hilton Auckland,very relaxing & can't fault our stay.

We booked for the view but 5 out of the 7 nights there was a cruise ship docked right outside our room looking right into the room. Couldn't use balcony because of the fuel smell, noise & no privacy. Also, the balcony had most of the tiles broken or missing & very uncomfortable plastic chairs. The room desperately needs updating.

Our stay here was lovely. Everything within walking distance. We most enjoyed the view of the harbor, it really made our time in Auckland special.

Great hotel but totally ruined by a cruise ship arriving at 430am
Ground staff were very rude outside hotel this morning and that is my lasting memory of the hotel! See view photos before and after!

Amazng stay - room upgrade, fantastic staff, brilliant breakfast. Now that hotels.com are gutting thier loyalty programme I was debating who to turn my loyalt to (hotel direct) and this has made Hilton an easy choice (100 room nights per year)
