Clerk were very friendly. Hotel breakfast average for free. Pillows are a little flat only negative.

Beds are not comfortable at all..air circulation poor and overall room appearance very outdated

Very clean room. Very quiet hotel. Thermostat was broken in original room. Upgraded to a suite with no charge. Very nice staff. Breakfast was delicious.

One thing about small towns, they know your family by the last name. China checked us in and right off when she saw my last name, she knew my family. She was so friendly. All the staff was very friendly. I love how the lobby smells so fresh and the room all have walk in showers now. They now have ice machines and soda machines, that work, on each floor and there is even a snack bar at the main desk in the lobby. So if you need a late night snack or realize you left your razors, they have a small store there now which I loved.

This property is your best choice for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The comfort of being safe. Thank you to a housekeeping staff. Rachael... proud👍

Newly renovated and fresh! Great rates for a hot breakfast with eggs, bacon , sausage and biscuits and gravy! The bed was so comfortable; we slept very well.

We left a day early because of a constant barking dog in the next room. Plus the shower pressure was awful. I would like a refund for the last night of our stay

We were met by a very gracious lady at the check-in desk. The room was spacious and the bed was good, but the shower head in our accessible room was impossible to keep in an upright position. A simple tightening of the bracket could have fixed it, but instead, the hand held unit would fall forward and slip out of its bracket altogether. A desk inquiry was met with a desire to help, but a final response of, "We can't fix it. I'm sorry." No one could locate a Phillips screwdriver. The result was very inconvenient showers. Further adding to the mess was a curved shower rod on a straight-front roll in shower. This directed the shower spray onto the floor, soaking the bath mat and whatever was on the floor. Other than that, things were fine. I woukd stay here again, but only after a more thorough inspection of the room.

Property is going through renovations. Extremely clean and staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best.

The entire hotel was clean. The front desk person was so sweet and she was awesome. I will visit again. I enjoy my stay.

Front desk lady at check in very nice. Room clean, big. Only 2 things, desk phone didnt work and there were little beatle bugs up in ceiling, we saw 3. Really wasnt a big concern.

The rooms had just been renovated and were very nice. There was still some construction, but nothing that interfered with out stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We booked with this hotel because the website said they had an indoor pool. After we had booked, we received an email stating that the pool was closed due construction. Also once we got to the facility, there was more than just the pool under construction. No ice machine, several areas of the building were not accessible. The room had frayed carpet by the door & almost everything seemed to need some maintenance or attention. The only bright side was the staff was very friendly. In the future, construction & closures of amenities need to be specified before booking.

We have stayed here several Times for game weekends. This stay was disappointing in that out toilet seat was broken & there was a pair of men’s underwear in the wardrobe closet from a previous guest. Breakfast was good with lots of options. We will Stay again buys hoping for a better experience on cleanliness

Nice place to stay. Beds were high off the ground but very comfortable. Breakfast was great. We only stayed 2 nights. Parking was easy s were check in and check out process. It’s under renovation but it didn’t affect where we were staying.

The receptionist was great but the Manager Jean was horrible. There was no hot water in the room. I was asked to let the sink hot water run for 5 minutes then turn on the shower for it to get hot. This didn't work after multiple tries. So we checked out and requested a full refund. Hotels.com was able to get Jean to refund two nights but Jean refused to refund all 3 nights because according to her, the room was ruffled. Of course it was because we had every intention of staying. I filed a formal complaint with the corporate office of this matter. I am still waiting on Jean to do the right thing for the following readons: -Prior knowledge that there was no hot water in the room -The room should not have been rented in the first place -I am not Jean's employee where it was my job to jimmy the hot water -Jean's response to the situation was very indifferent and i as the customer did not matter at the time and even now as she believes she should withhold the first night after we spent less than 1 hour in the room .

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The room appeared clean, but waking up in the morning, turning on the light, there was blood on the door jam as well as on the bathroom cabinet & it definitely wasn’t just a little nor was it ours. When I showed it to the lady upfront she was disgusted just as we was, called the lady working upfront which we assumed was a manager. I told her this should be reported as whoever stayed there before us…. God only knows what happened. The younger girl agreed as she looked at the 2 phots I took & yet have saved in my phone. The lady working upfront was kind BUT didn’t apologize, take it seriously, & didn’t request the pictures I had taken right before showing them both. We checked out right afterwards. We thought we should’ve been offered a discount, & it should’ve been taken more seriously. It’s not only unsanitary, but how the cleaning people missed that is beyond our understanding!

This place was filthy!! There was toenails under the desk. Mold on the curtains. Blood in the shower. Hair and dirt on the bathroom floor. The pool has been in renovation for 3 years and didn't know until we arrived. Very disappointing. And to top it off BEDBUGS!! I got 20 bites from sleeping there. I feel sorry for the friendly staff for having to work in such filth!!
