Check-in was good, the room was good, and everything was fine except the cleaning service only changed one bed instead of both. I was told they were very busy and probably got interrupted but forgot to finish the job. Strange!

One of the things we didn't like was the outside door being right next to our room.
We had room 100...ever time someone came and went, the door would slam very hard and shake our room. I understand the quick access to the parking lot. The door needs to be a soft closed door or replaced.

Entered room and immediately smelled like it was a smoking room....which we did not request.
Front desk manager apologized, and took it upon herself to get an air freshener bottle and sprayed it around the room/bathroom.
Said the previous occupant would be charged $250.00 for smoking in the room.
Seems that the housekeeping staff should have notified the desk that smoking occurred and took care of the problem before we checked in late at night and all this had to occur .
Other than than that, everything else was fine.

We stopped here on our way to a football game. Perfect location right off the interstate. Room was clean and had a lot of space. Breakfast was delicious.

Asked for a handicapped room or shower stool but because I booked online they wouldn’t change. Silly as we checked in later in the evening and only for one night so you would expect them to be able to accommodate. Shower was not good at all. No water pressure!

I would recommend this hotel for those looking to have a quality visit/stay in Grenada. The facility is beautiful and well maintained with a very professional, and friendly staff. Although just down the road from the main shopping, food, and entertainment areas, this should not be a deal breaker. The complimentary buffet breakfast and exercise room are amenities that really make this facility an attractive option. If you are looking to treat yourself to a nice stay while in Grenada with some nice perks that is reasonably priced, then you've found your hotel right here.

Luck was broken on the door. Flooring was peeling up and room had a bad odor.

The hotel is dirty. Needs to be repaired. There were rooms with plastic taped over the room doors. The lobby floor was all coming up so it had been glued down. The room smelled like a dirty dog. The breakfast was NOT fit to eat. The mattress had a blood stain down the side of it. Not worth the money.

Made reservations for a handicap accessible room. When we got there we were not giving one and one was not made available to us. It was a bad experience because I we had a person in the wheelchair that could not get into the showers or it was hard for them to access the bathrooms

Toilet had thick black mold. No mattress protector on bed. When bottom sheet came off during night, we were on the bare mattress. A/C did not work well. Room was very humid. Room did not smell good. Flooring in main lobby had buckled up and joints were taped together with packing tape. Very disappointed.

Easy to get to. Easy to drive to restaurants. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Only thing I didn’t like was the exit door was close to our room and we could hear it bang shut all hours of the night

Doors slam so loud they’d wake up the dead. A lot of out of state workers staying there in and out of their rooms all hours. Forget about sleeping….

The staff was excellent, front desk clerk and lady in kitchen were extremely nice. Your beds were amazingly comfortable and snuggly. You have the best ice, and the lemon water and coffee was very refreshing. However, there was a smell that was not good, started at the front door all the way in our room. Other than that annoying odor, the visit was good, first time ever staying at any Comfort Inn

The 2crooms we rented weren't cleaned very well. Popcorn on the floor, soda bottle under bed pr dresser, dust on fan blades was awful, mirrors and windows looked like they were cleaned with pledge. I did tell the front desk

I was here for an educational conference. The hotel was ok. I had a service dog with me which is with my friend at all times. She is trained to let him know that his blood glucose is too low or too high and to seek help for him. The staff on the first day were great. On the second day, the service dog (small Chihuahua) moved onto a chair in the front lobby to allow the staff to clean near her. We were immediately told that "animals" were not allowed on the furniture. We quickly moved her back to the floor while trying to move out of the staff person cleaning way. Normally we would not have allowed her onto furniture outside of our home, but we were trying to be helpful by moving to allow the staff to clean u hindered. The chair she moved to was a completely plastic chair.

Nice spacious room, comfortable bed…shower could use some work….stucco on the ceiling is peeling (possible leak issue), you have to kind of step up to get in the tub and down to get out, it’s slick and could use a hand rail, for safety sake. All in all good room for a quick overnighter.

The pool was not operational, the breakfast was never fully stocked and most of all the elevator broke and for the next 4 days we had to go up and down 6 flights of stairs. Several times a each day. I have bad knees and my boyfriend has a bad back. When asked about compensation I was told sorry but not sorry…..

I embrace supporting small businesses. However, the hotel management must do a better job with the customers who smokes while ensuring equal respect to those customers who are non smokers. I notice right at the entrance door there were many cigarettes butts on the ground. Additionally, there were several guys standing within feet of the entrance door. This made it almost impossible for the non smoking customers to avoid coming into contact with the smoke as we walked in or out as a result. There needs to be signs advising smokers to stay 50 feet or greater from the main entrance door. Furthermore, you need to provide a safe place for smokers to properly disposal of their cigarette butts.

Great room...clean, quiet and comfortable. Good hot breakfast in morning. Exceptional staff...when gps took me to wrong place she stayed on phone with me till she got me to the hotel....really saved the day and my sanity

No water pressure, water was lukewarm at best. Only had one towel for 2 guests. Asked housekeeping to clean our room got back and no towels. The front desk lady brought us some at 2am. The front desk staff was nice but other than that don’t have great things to stay.
