Very nice stop over area. Nice front desk employee for the evening and decent and fulfilling breakfast.

Curtains did not close all the way so light came thru all night. Toilet seat was extremely loose. Everything else was good.

This property has a long way to go to meet the standard set by other properties like it. The furniture needed cleaning or better yet replacing. The box spring was stained. The hallways were stained. The rest of this hotel was fine, but the rooms and hallways needed cleaning beyond just daily cleaning.

Conveniently located off Interstate 55 and easy access to restaurants and gas stations. The complimentary breakfast is a definite plus!

Dear Hotel Management/Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. While our room had comfortable beds with pillows, we had a horrible view that detracted from our experience. Additionally, the remodeling of Shoney's restaurant during our stay caused significant disruption.
Furthermore, the breakfast provided was not fresh, which was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, we were overcharged by Hotel.com for our stay. Which i believe Holiday inn is part of Expedia.
Due to these issues, we will not be returning.

The bed was quite comfy and room well appointed. The bathroom commode was either dirty or rusted and the shower handle was almost inoperable. Had we been ataying longer we would have changed rooms. Staff friendly and efficient.

Tiffeny at the front desk greeted me and was very nice and friendly. I didn’t request first floor during my reservation and they were able to get me a room on the first floor. Had a wonderful stay.

Booked an accessible room, but didn’t get it. Shower rod was loose and curtain was not installed properly. Tried to fix, but water poured on the floor anyway. Didn’t have time to request repair prior to getting ready to leave. Also, had to ask the front desk for a blow dryer.

It's a decent hotel to stay at. Actually one of the better hotels. Lower rating is for the experience once there. Right after checking in, the water was off for a while so I was not able to shower to go to an event. Also experienced a toilet issue. I reported it to the front desk before leaving for the day only to return and the issue wasn't resolved. The front desk was really nice and did move me to another room but I feel like the inconveniences caused more work for me. I had to find a relative at another hotel to shower and I had to pack up a room to move and unpack again.

All the staff were very friendly & helpful. This is the best place to stay in Grenada. My room was nice & clean when I checked in. Housekeeping was wonderful. They have a good breakfast & are willing to do what they can to make your stay enjoyable. This place is alittle spendy, but in my opinion its worth the money.
