It was a dirty room (101) and did not have a good air conditioning. There were spiders in the wall and with our 5 year old son, we were worried that something might happen. The room had no refrigerator. mahbobeh Motavali

Stayed for two nights, good and quick check in. The hotel itself looks fairly old and worn down from the outside. Regardimg the inside public spaces, one can feel that the hotel probably were very nice when built, but aren't as modern today regarding flooring and paint schemes - a lot of dark wood. However, everything was very clean. Regarding the room, it was functional, had some "bruises of time" where peoples suitcases had nodged some paint of here and there. The beds was very comfortable. Newly refurbished bathrooms - excellent. Good WiFi Breakfast was pretty descent, didn't really miss anything particular - maybe som fruits. The also have a playroom for kids which was met with joy from the three year old. The commuter trains stop within three minutes walking distance from the hotel, and gets you to Stockhol City within 10-15 minutes - convenient. Furthermore, the parking at the hotel is free and they let you park for the whole day when you check-out. Would i stay here again? - Probably if i dont find another competitive price at anorher hotel, as i like trying out different places. We where absolutely satisfied with Royal Star Hotel / Best Western

My room possessed double deck beds for children which i did not require. Also 2 of the lamps were broken. Shower was not workin properly and was really ysable

fast in- and out checking and the room was very nice (also ordered a superior room)all was clean. Fine service at the breakfast, all tables was cleaned up by the staff - not that usual to see in Sweden, as you often has to clean the table yourselves. .

Hotellet är bra belägen, nära järnvägsstationen men ändå är det lungt/tyst. Frukost okej (3 av 5), rent på rummet. Vissa delar av hotellet (möbler etc.) känns dock att ha sett sina bästa dagar. Rummet (för 4 pers) var tillräckligt stor. Mkt bra service av personalen i receptionen och baren/restaurangen. Hotellet i stort sett rekommenderas, i alla fall till familjer.

Helt greit hotell i disse covid tider.

The only thing I can say is the shower glass curtain, is those usuals, too shorts ones, who designe those? They are useless, rest all great

Good hotel next to exhibition centre. We stayed when the centre was closed, so it was nice and quiet. We got good value for our money. Helpful staff ensured we got a meal before closing due to Covid restrictions. Recommend.

Everything was great. Restaurant was very good and breakfast was great. Staff were all very helpful and customer focused

I like the location (close to train station) and the breakfast was excellent. I dont like that the elevator was not working when we were there.
