Based on the website of the hotel, pictures showed a hot tub, that was part of the reason why we picked this hotel. We were very disappointed when we found out that there was NO hot tub! Also, we were told by the desk clerk that no alcoholic beverages were allowed in the pool area…. We were adults and we wanted to be able to relax with a beverage by the pool. We felt that this was an absurd rule… and no, we didn’t have any glass. We would appreciate a partial refund since our visit was less than enjoyable!

.the shower was only a handicapped acceptable type...no tub to bathe.shower was only for those in wheelchair .this wasan inconvenience..butbchrckmin & breakfast were all efficient and very good

Such an incredible stay. We were in town for a party and a funeral. They were there when I drunkenly locked myself out and when I couldn't leave the room in time because I was crying so hard. True hospitality!

I stay at this hotel regularly when we come to visit our daughter who is a student at UWO. It is a great value, clean, quiet, and convenient for us, plus has a good breakfast and is pet friendly so her dog can visit her as well!

We tried checking in, we never got to stay!!! The woman at the desk wasn’t helpful at all!!! We had a complete check in all worked out online. She wouldn’t let us. We had to leave the premises n do it again. It still wasn’t enough for this woman. Totally unacceptable, n a very judgmental person!!!! They need better help like the wonderful man that helped us at another place down the road.

So i don't think the maids are doing their jobs like they should, there was blood on my sheet, nasty. The blanket was upside dowm, the trash was on my face not at my feet.
I don't think any of the maids could speek english. They couldn't understand what i was asking.
One of the maids had her child playing on his tablet leaning against the wall. 2 days in arow!!!
