Staff was very professional

Everything was fine, do not like that you need to pay for parking. Most everywhere that is part of the place to stay and a ridiculous extra charge when nothing is done to earn that extra money.

The facility non smoking but room smelled like smoke. I did let staff know and they offered free breakfast and they cleaned room next day but still smelled of smoke in room

Front Desk agent was very helpful

Located minutes from all the major highways (affectionately known as “the spaghetti bowl”). Because of it is so close to the highways, the immediate area looks “run-down.” Springfield Mall is about 5-10 minutes away. DC is good 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. My only complain is the $15 parking per day while other hotels around have free parking. Overall a solid A.

Room carpet is wet and dirty. AC too noisy. Bathroom is not clean

The staff was so nice and the property is updated in some spots. The gym was nicer than some luxury hotels. However, the first room I stayed in smelled like cigarettes and the second one had hair on one of the beds. Thankfully there was two beds so I just slept on the other one. The front desk person

Great location. Hotel was changing out the mattresses so we got to sleep on new mattresses. Accommodated a last minute need for an extra night. Good area to walk pets. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was very accommodating with requests for extra linens. Only drawbacks were the carpeting in the rooms has seen better days and should be replaced in favor of parquet or some other easily cleaned flooring. Rooms can get very humid even with the A/C running. Towels and sheets need replacing. We received clean linens every time but worn out towels and sheets need replacing. Minor issues for a short five day stay. Would stay here again.

The room had a moldy smell to it, the couch had stains, the fixtures were falling off the wall. We stayed for two nights and the maid service never came to clean the room or give us fresh towels. When we checked out I received a bill for 15 dollars a day for parking. The parking lot was huge and empty. Absolutely horrible stay and would never go back. Don’t stay here.

I how clean the property was

Five minutes after we arrived and checked in, we were having toilet overflowing issues😩 We went down and complained to the front desk they sent someone who said he fixed it, but he did not Courtly so we had to continue to use the bathroom downstairs for the remainder of our stay. Went downstairs one morning and there was someone at the front desk that greeted us with rolling her eyes very unprofessional. I know we all have bad days, but you leave that outside of your job door.

I booked two rooms with two queen size beds. When I arrived to check in, I was told they don’t have rooms with two queen size beds

The property was nice. I felt the color scheme was not very upfiting. Also, we were given a handicapped room which we didn’t need or request. The bathroom area didn’t work for us.

The bed was stiff and hard. The air conditioner was very loud!

our first room 204 had Terrible beds. They sloped in the middle and we had to move rooms. The second room they gave us smelled like smoke and the 3rd one was much better, though it was damp and never really dried out. they didn't have dehumidifiers, so they gave us a free breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bill afterwards came and we got charged $14 a day for parking! It was a big lot with almost no cars in it and I don't recall it listing that we'd have to pay for parking when I booked it on hotels.com or I never would have booked that hotel. It isn't close to anything walking distance and I booked it because it had a restaurant, decent gym and pool and jacuzzi- but the jacuzzi bubbles didn't work and the restaurant was open only certain hours and had very few choices so we were forced to order in or go out. Room had a small fridge which was good, but no microwave- you'd have to go to the lobby to reheat food. Overall, a very "Meh" stay.

This property does not live up to the Courtyard Marriott standard. The surrounding area is noisy with lots of non-hotel-stayers roaming along the property which brings security into question. If this was a Holiday Inn for $125/night, it's fine. It's not worth $225/night. Additionally, when I walked in the room the TV and door to the mini-fridge was wide open. It made me believe someone had already checked into the room. Overall, just not a professional experience. Upon arrival and attempting to check in, there was only one staff member and the guest in front of me was attempting to check into roughly 10 rooms that they'd reserved which meant I had to wait 20 minutes before being addressed. There were other staff members walking around but at no time did anyone come forward to try and address the line of people waiting to check in.

Nice hotel. Pool could be better

Not worth the money at all. Rooms look and feel outdated and dingy. We didn’t even shower and just hit the road do to terrible pressure, shower head could’ve used a good cleaning with CLR. Would not be returning under no circumstances. They also charge a $15 parking fee. If you rent a room and don’t have parking. Where are you supposed to park your vehicle ? This is definitely a money grab charge.

Everything went above and beyond except for the pet fee is too expensive
