Overall clean hotel. Breakfast was not complimentary so we didn’t eat there, therefore I don’t know how many options they have. Valet isn’t worth it jess you have a small car that fits underground parking. I have an suv and they left it unlocked and it was a snowy weekend and it didn’t get brushed off, had to do it myself. Could definitely improve in that department. Comfort level was great though. Big room and gorgeous view.

Celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday and got a nice king size bed and a view. It was a very cozy room. Only thing was there was a dead bug on the comforter/duvet like a small one and not a fan of a lot of brown furniture but overall had a nice stay.

Parking was a nightmare.
Parked myself accross the lot and was still charged valet after asking about it but told my car was too big to fit in valet. Ford explorer for clarity.

The location was great if you are going to Commonwealth Arena for a concert. We actually had food poisoning from the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately we were woken up at 730am after going to a Metallica concert the night before and asked how our breakfast was and when we told them they had nothing to say. Customer service was really bad and will not be staying there again.

Birthday weekend stay, Front desk staff were not kind. I expected a complimentary birthday dessert or champagne sent to the room and got nothing but poor service and attitude. River view room is nice but many other hotels in area that I'm sure would have much more welcoming staff (Westin, Fairmont)

Great staff, clean and comfortable room, and really pretty view of the river. Centrally located and close to trails for walking, bike rides or using rental scooters! We stay every year for Folk Fest and love the quick, convenient scoot (under 10 minutes!) to the festival grounds.

The room smelled very old and felt pretty old. The bathroom was renovated but shower pressure was bad. The parking lot was being painted so had no choice but to use valet, which is fine but didn’t give us a discount or another option.

We were surprised to find we had a room with a view and windows on two sides. It was a nice big room. The shower was great. They should have had two coffees for the morning, but had one regular coffee and one decaf coffee.

We did not have a great experience. Told it was breakfast included but then after we ate, got a bill for one as only one breakfast was as included even under a double occupancy room (2 guests on checkin). Then on the second day we came back to our room door being left open after they cleaned it. Thankfully nothing was missing but still very unsettling. They did a poor job cleaning, left rags, bed only half made - small things but it all added up. Closet door was also broken. Bathroom was tiny and hard to maneuver. Parking was also $45/night which seemed very pricey for an extended stay. Only plus I would say is location - very handy for our plans.
