We were travelling with a one and a half year old baby. We had the half board, breakfast was nice… but the dinner was served from 20:30-23:00 so very late for the little one… and hard to enjoy with an exhausting baby. Also the staff didn’t speak English only a very few people. The receptionist were all so very nice and friendly.

Breakfast was good. Arrive early for a full selection. Parking is around the back.

It was a lovely 3 days, room, breakfast , staff,town. I would only suggest to have a charming space por evening drink and tapas

Very nice hotel and an exceptional breakfast. The reception desk is excellent and always happy to help. One downside as to why i didnt give all 5 stars is the towels in the room. They are like cardboard and you could almost stand them up. Please invest in some new soft ones

We arrived early (cheeky ) and the staff let us check in early which was such a relief after very early morning travelling. Great location, very friendly staff, cannot fault it and if we have to stay in the area again we definitely will book here again

Lovely clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Great swimming pool. Relaxing atmosphere at the hotel. Nestled in a palm tree grove. 10-15 minute walk into the historic centre, shops and places to eat.

The restaurant was fantastic. Special thanks to Sebastian who looked after us well and the rest of the staff too. We loved how traditionally Spanish the hotel was and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the sound proofing wasn't very good and woke up a few times because of various noises. The shower in our room (129) was absolutely terrible though. Just buy a new shower head because that really was the worst hotel shower I have had. But it did the job. All in all a great hotel only a short walk to town and, as we were visiting someone at the local hospital, very convenient to get there too.

A nice hotel in a green surrounding close to Elche centre. The half board was great value for the money with a three course dinner and a good breakfast. We regret we didn’t book more than one night at this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent but the rooms were not 4 star at all. We had to ask for the kettle in the room which was delivered but was broken on the side. Beds suppose to be double but we got twin beds. Comfort of the rooms was not even close to 3 star hotel

Beautiful rooms, spacious and comfortable. The gardens are beautiful.The room was ready when we arrived(early).The hotel's restaurant is fabulous.Easy walk from the hotel to the centre. Definitely recommended it

The rooms are really clean and a big size. We ordered room service and the food was amazing. Breakfast was included and it was great as well.

The setting around this hotel is lovely. Very peaceful and relaxing. Parking was very convenient. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was wonderful. We didn’t want to leave the room it was so nice. The breakfast was very good - lots of choices of both not and cold food. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

they urgently need to raise the level of the guests more according to a 4 star hotel. don't get me wrong this hotel was extremely cheap for the dates I went, but that's not why I chose it. For my stay, having a huge pool, trees, fresh air and being close to the city center but not in the middle was perfect. however my stay was hell, a group of some completely drunk teenage sports team screaming all night and then running at dawn through the hotel corridors. the next night, the room next door had a tv on for 3hrs at super extremely high volume that I even knew what channel they had on, after talking to the front desk they had to go into the room to turn it off because the guests simply decided to leave like this with the empty room. when they got to the room at dawn they turned on the damn tv again and we had to claim again. and the cherry of the cake, at 6 in the morning a baby crying for 2 hours while we heard the mother say: don't get up let him cry. After 2 hours we decided to claim. And quite fed up and exhausted we decided to go to breakfast, when leaving the room the father of the baby who did not bother to get up to calm his son in a hotel bothering the whole floor, he got up to wait for us to leave our room and threaten us in the hallway. Honestly, what level or class of people comes to stay here????!!!!! It will be very nice, good attention, but not for all the money in the world would I recommend anyone who lives the experience of the worst vacation stay

Really enjoyed the hotel, the setting was lovely, staff very helpful, cleaners very good and charming, evening meal was a bit on the small side but well presented, not used to a set menu these days but restaurant was charming and staff could not do enough. If I was to visit again would go for bed and breakfast option but only so I could eat properly in the restaurant from the house menu.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are a little dated but the service and the staff make this place a worthwhile visit. Walking distance to the town was a bonus and on site restaurant meant we didn’t have to leave the complex to get a decent meal. I really enjoyed my stay and I’m very hard to please so well done to all the staff for being so amazing at your job. I would recommend and go back in a heartbeat
