Love staying here

Our second stay, and will still recommend. Smoke detector was incredibly sensitive (I'm sure part of a fire code, but a toaster shouldn't set it off) and neighbors were pretty noisy. Was very clean and easy to check in. Facilities were all in perfect working order and the staff friendly abd helpf.

The area in Weston was clean and quiet. Alot of restaurants around. Having a full kitchen and two separate bedrooms with a pullout couch was great.The Hotel seemed a little old. The A/C went down we had to switch rooms and one toilet wasnt flushing properly. The one elevator seemed small when moving luggage.

It's a good place if you have a big family and you plan to cook and do laundry. What I didn't like was absence of wifi service for more than a day, although it was supposed to be there.

Room was dirty upon arrival, refused to give one towel per person, and ice maker did not work.

Property is very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable for my family’s quick weekend trip.

Wifi wasn't working well. I had to use phone data most days and one morning all phones and devices disconnected so we missed an important call.

Residence Inn is a very nice place. Their rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. All outside noise is isolated and I had very good sleep. The breakfast is awesome and they are doing slight variations day by day, so probably even a week stay will be good. Fitness room is small and contains just a treadmill / elliptical, with no weights. They also have pretty good laundry, with few washers and dryers. However my main concern was that this is a coin paid laundry and they had no coins available. I think this is a big issue - install a card reader so it could be paid by a room card. This would be a good place, but it has its downsides as well. I stayed there twice and first time I get an excellent room. However on a second time room had bathroom fan not working, and the room itself was kind of damp, with heavy air. AC helps a bit to remove moisture from the air, but still this was away from perfect. One of room's stands was affected because of it (wood was warped). I'd recommend to have a better care and vent for rooms.

this property was better than expected, very clean, bathroom was nice, clean and big, I especially like the kitchen. the gym needs more equipment, the staff was exceptional except GABRIELLA in the food area she is not very friendly but everyone else was great, a special thanks to housekeeping for always, the free breakfast was good.

Was very pleased with service staff very helpful, loved the shuttle service I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. My complaints mostly have to do with the bathroom. I have so many questions! If you advertise a room as sleeping 3-4 people WHY would you only put 2 hooks in the bathroom? You’re going to have multiple towels, a few hook for the clothes you took off/are putting on when you get out the shower. A place to hang your washcloth? And WHY would you not include a shelf? Since the sink is outside the bathroom, where do you rest anything you bring in with you? I don’t care to rest my clothes, phone, lotion, etc on the back of a toilet 😖 The biggest complaint would be lack of water pressure and temperature. The water got barely warm the entire 4 day stay.

Very quiet and clean. Large rooms . Friendly staff. Excellent stay.

The breakfast was very good.Hemo who attended to the breakfast area was very hospitable and welcoming. Check in and Check out was smooth and seamless, Feb 18, 2024. We stayed in a two bedroom suite as a small family the night before our flight back home.

Great location and service. I like the big rooms and the breakfast.
