Nothing much but staff !!

Nice size room and bed was soooo comfortable!! Kitchen was well equipped and had a full size refrigerator as well as a dishwasher. Extremely clean unit which makes you feel right at home!! The staff were AMAZING, helpful and extremely caring!! Breakfast is fabulous, kept well stocked and clean the whole breakfast time! Location is perfect for whatever you need to do in Weston and the surrounding area. Spent 5 nights there and we are glad that we chose Marriott Residence Inn in Weston to spend them! Close to Cleveland Clinic and shuttle to there and Sawgrass Mall as well!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for all of your wonderful, caring hospitality!!

Nothing negative!

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the comfort of both the bed and couch. The full size kitchen was also very nice. Great selections for the included breakfast as well.

Friendly staff, super clean rooms, great breakfast, and so close to Cleveland Clinic.

The front staff were nice. The room was large and well done. Breakfast was decent, with plenty of options.

HOWEVER, the bathroom was way under par. What looked like mold damage in one area, and the shower curtain had mold on it. Cracked shower tiles, and moldy caulking around the tub. Drain stopper was broken and placed to the side. Also, the trashcan under the kitchen sink WASN'T EMPTIED FROM PREVIOUS GUEST!!!! That made me question the entire housekeeping crew..

We had a problem with our first room, we arrived in the middle of the night to find out we have no hot water. The staff was welcoming and immediately gave us a different room that was unfortunately smaller

Location to Cleveland Clinic.

The first floor which is used for the handicapped was dark due to the excessive foliage in the courtyard. The pool is very small and badly placed in the shade. Breakfast was poor. Odd buffet choices and service was mediocre.
