Comfortable overnight at a great price right outside of Worcester.

Truly, it was an amazing stay! location was easily accessible to main roads for us to travel to all the areas we were visiting.our hotel room and bathroom were clean and cozy! There was a fridge and microwave. Paul met us each day with a kind and warm welcome, insightful on our adventures. his customer service was outstanding, truly he helped us after hours when I needed help. He was helpful and reliable to support us when it came to any complications we managed to have to deal with. I even messed up my reservation and he was so awesome and fixed it for us without any problems. Bree who worked there was really nice and gave us some cool insight on Massachusetts driving laws bc well let me just say it’s not the same as driving in Denver. They had complimentary coffee in the lobby. The parking can get tight when you have a whole convention center event selling out hotel all around. I would definitely recommend.

This was our second time staying here and will definitely stay again if back in the area.

Rooms were dirty & they double charged me the security deposit for no reason. Staff was sup r shady and not helpful. Do not recommend in fact avoid

This is one of the best hotel stays I have had this year. It was a locally owned hotel, with an amazing manager named Paul! The hotel was very clean, and close to everything we needed to do for our trip. The best thing was the price paid for the services rendered, beats a chain hotel anytime! We will be back to the same place next year when we are in town, and will be inviting friends to share the experience!

Guy at the desk was great and informative. Very clean but basic place. If you’re thinking of an old historic inn, this is not it. No food available; only a coffee machine in the lobby.

Paul is an invaluable manager. Pleasant and friendly. The Inn is charming and colonial style. Would stay again.

We booked the hotel for a quick overnight. Check in was easy and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. We had a pleasant night and will be back!

This place is simple and very clean and exactly what we needed for the night.

The room was small but clean, a/c ice-cold. Mini fridge and MW in the room. The only negative is that it was noizy in the morning after 8 am

The Westborough Inn was very comfortable and relaxing. The highlight of my stay was the amazing mirror that made me look 50 years younger.

The Inn is in a residential part of Westborough; a stately older structure. Rooms are spartan; no carpets, little art, very adequate for a short stay.

It’s a cute inn that was remolded in 2022 it was clean and the bed was comfortable Staff accommodated us with a ground floor as my hubby is disabled

All around amazing! The girl working the front desk was very sweet and the property itself was super clean and very nice

I think maybe the room should have more outlets, that are easily accessible on top of desk and night stands and USB charging outlets.
