Checking was great

Front staff was amazing and very welcoming. Room had the confiest bed I have ever slept on.

Pool is tiny, more like a jacuzzi. Gym equipment in bad condition. Daytime staff are nice but night staff are often not at front desk or even sometimes using their cell phones instead of greeting guest who return to the hotel!

Couldn’t seem to adjust the HVAC to get the heat I wanted so the room was a little bit cool.

Found a centipede in my room crawling on my bathroom wall !! up on the 6th floor and was given breakfast to forget about it!!!. General manager didn’t respond to my concern or offer partial compensation for inconvenience. Front desk has to be told multiple times to get you things to your room. Overall I’ve had better stays at 2 star hotels.

Staff were professional and friendly

We liked the ease of free parking in the quiet location. However as we approached the entry door, several people were smoking near it and it made our first impression unpleasant. The check in clerk was helpful and friendly and we appreciated her not saying the room number aloud as there were other guests about (for privacy) as well as the complementary waters. The room is comfortable and inviting and we look forward to trying out the beds and bedding!

Nice quiet area. Easy to talk to staff. Perfect room with view of back parking lot. I was able to look out of my room window at my vehicle. Loved that. What I didn’t like was that there was a little girl who was very noisy early in the morning for two days. She was in the hallway so the noise woke us up. Mom was not making it easier because she was noisy too while communicating with the child. I know how little kids are so I didn’t complain about it to front desk.Other than that it was quiet and peaceful.

Sid at front desk was wonderful, professional and very helpful. I’d recommend this hotel just based off his customer service. Room was clean, and spacious as well as the powder room. I had an excellent and relaxing stay.

Will NEVER stay there again

This is a great hotel and staff. Everyone was very nice. It is not the closest one to the airport even though expedia listed it as the closest one.

Syd, at the bar is amazing a lovely person, great service! Would return just to chat with her again. All the staff I came in contact with were friendly. Price was expensive for what it was, but I booked last minute so can’t really complain.

Very accommodating and cheerful staff! Spacious parking. Very quiet area conducive to relaxation. Very near YYZ, the highways, shops, etc.

Looks new facility, clean and comfortable

Standard check in - booked into room 507. The air conditioner was very noisy making sleep impossible. Went down to complain in the morning and incidentally the fellow in 505 was checking out and confirmed he could hear the noisy AC thru the night. I was assured Engineering would get on and fix otherwise a new room allocated. Returned late (around 11pm) and front desk couldn't confirm if this had been sorted. Arrived room and AC still noisy. Went down to complain and after much ado offered room 626. This also had an even louder/constant noise which reception staff Ravi attested was noisy likely due to laundry. Ended up back in room 507 for the night with no sleep as there were no other available rooms. The next day complained again at front desk - I was told no managers on-site till Monday. They offered for engineer to have look - he attended and after examining the AC for a bit he said he had to open it up as he thought it was the condenser. He spoke to reception and we were hurriedly asked to move to room 501. This room was satisfactory and we did actually stay an extra day in the room. I spoke with the onsite manager on Mon morning and she said because the booking had been thru a 3rd party website she couldn't offer a refund. She offered a complimentary breakfast and 1000hilton honors points (valued at <$7!!). She did end up giving 2000 points (<14 dollars). There were other issues with "hilton standard" room cleanliness but not enough space here to comment

Clean and comfortable. No complaints. It's not walkable to much but you're probably not a tourist if you're staying here.

Awsome experience . Front desk was very accommodating !

The hotel location is perfect for the Paramount Center and Iceland arena/fields. There are numerous restaurants and shopping within a short drive. The hotel property had an exterior patio and the staff permitted a group to gather out there until 3:00 am. There were no recycling bins in the hotel room. The water pressure was very weak in the shower. The place was clean. Apparently at this hotel, if you book through Expedia you cant receive Hilton Awards points, first Hilton family hotel that I experienced that little twist. The reason for using Expedia was the Hilton site was way more expensive. Anyhow, a good hotel overall but the room price was high.

Our room and the public areas of the hotel were very clean and in good order. The staff was polite and helpful. Other similar hotels have included breakfast, but this one did not. Breakfast was available at a price. Hotel is near the airport so the sound of the airplanes was heard quite often. The hotel and room was generally quiet, except for the hockey game being played in the hallway by a bunch of young girls!

Staff was very nice. My room was clean except the toilet wouldn't flush. Lady came up to plunge and it worked. It stopped working again when i checked out
