Stay was not good should’ve gotten a refund
There was no hot water in the shower and the shower valve was broken

When we arrived we were given a room across from the pool that ment a long walk to carry our luggage and could not park near our room.
I asked for a different room and with only a short wait we were given a different room close to parking.

The place is very old. The floor of the room is dirty and unclean. We found dirty towels and noticed water from the upper floor was dropping to the towels on the toilet. The stuff also looks rude. I paid $411 for three rooms. It was quite expensive. I hope they return my money.

the room was not very clean. bad smell coming from the bathroom. the bathtub was blocked. not enough towels. the mattresses were not very comfortable. the pool was very dirty and this is not acceptable. poor breakfast, not enough choice.

We absolutely loved the service and hospitality at the Super 8 in Indio. Being that it was our first time attending Stagecoach Festival, the staff had planned for shuttle service, great breakfast among everything else. Thank you Divya and family !!!

Hotel room was very dirty. They did not clean it from the previous guest. There was eyelashes stuck to the wall. The room smell, extremely musty Bugs flying around On top of all that they double charged me for the room So my bank card was -$1000 when I called to try to get it fixed, they acted like it was no big deal. There was trash under the bed if I could give zero stars, I would, I would not recommend staying there.

We came during Stagecoach and this is where we stayed. It was not bad. We got there way earlier than expected and they let us check in. The room was standard w/two Q beds. It did have a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The pool was nice and they offered a continental breakfast. We were going to stagecoach and the hotel offered a shuttle from venue to hotel for a fee. This was great but they needed more than one van for the shuttle because the wait was forever! My only complaint is that on Sat @ 5am someone was outside blowing a blower....oh that was not a great morning!i would stay here again.

1. We paid for a shuttle service but because there was only one shuttle and 68 people that paid for the shuttle it was not good. At peak hours more than one shuttle was absolutely necessary.
2. The towels were either not clean or were stained? But either way, towels need to be tossed and get some clean ones.

they took my credit card to use for the $100 deposit as usual. A day later I had 2 fraudulent charges from Wyndam Super8 - same name as the deposit charge for 200 and 400 . Luckily my credit card co contacted me, cleared it, and cancelled my card.

Check in is very easy. We paid $1600 for a 4 night stay during festival time. The rooms were so dirty from the floors to the walls. Another patron told me there was blood splatter on the picture in her room. There was a box of dirty underwear under the bed. They offer a shuttle service for $100 per person for the entire weekend which was nice but they only have 1 small shuttle and it took an hour to wait to fit into the next one, and we all had to sit in each others laps if we wanted to fit. But it’s a super 8 motel so what can you expect

It was the worst room I booked in my life. There were lots of issues with the room that needed to be fixed. There was no way I was going to shower in that stained and grimy shower. I ended up just packing up my bags and leaving because the condition of the room was deplorable. I left and didn’t spend the night there as planned and lost money that I paid for the room. Perhaps Hotels.com could credit my account as a courtesy towards a future bookings through Hotels.com.
This specific Hotel did not live up to my standards and expectations I learned to expect from prior experiences using Hotels.com

Room has not been mopped in a while, the whole floor was covered in a film of dirt, found broken glass in the middle of the floor. Balcony and patio set was coverd in dust. Hot breakfast options consisted of hard boiled eggs and instant oatmeal. Otherwise, only white bread, some sugary cereals, iced cinnamon rolls, some rough Bananas and oranges. No yogurt.

What a great find in Tulare, CA! Super clean property & super friendly staff from check-in to check-out. Very spacious room with sitting area & desk, and king comfy bed. Nice free breakfast room with hot, fresh eggs & sausage, waffles, etc.. Will definitely return when in this area again

Absolutely shocking… room was dirty, old toothpaste on the sink, lampshades were nasty… I was afraid to sleep on the bed, but had to.. it wasn’t bad but I was honestly stressed about bed bugs. The grime in the floor in the bathroom was noticeable. Came out for the tennis tournament and the photos on Hotel.com looked decent…. Deceptive!
2 nights were $776 shocking!
