When we arrived we were greeted by the guard and he/she was very nice. Then when we went to check in we felt that they were very unfair as they were willing to service the white foreigners more than us as one of the lady when rushing over to him and my husband was totally ignored - you should greet everyone equally

Good clean property with good
Ambience. Friendly staff. Overall good experience. One this was that dinner buffet at the restaurant was not so good! Did not relish it at all. Most of the items were cold. Other than that no complaints. Thanks

A great 5 star hotel in Vadodara fantastic housekeeping, reception and management staff in particular Ms Seema who went out of her way to assist us which made us extend our stay for further 5 nights.
Would definitely stay again in this hotel on our future visits to Vadodara

Clean, well decorated property. Very disappointed that no elevator for 3 story bldg. Plenty of surrounding area to add an elevator. Very difficult for elderly and those with disabilities or joint problems to go up and down 3 flight of stairs 2-3 times per day.

Rooms are terrible and not worth if the rate they are giving. There are other hotels with lower grade has better rooms.

Exceptional experience. Fantastic breakfast. Ultra dedicated staff. Special thanks to front office and Chandrakanth Singh and the manager on duty. A big thanks to the breakfast service, servers, cooks and managers. Housekeeping was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. Brilliant.

Avoid the deputy manager he’s rubbish, paid for pool view rooms got nothing, when we questioned it he told us none available, walking around the pool saw lots of empty suitable rooms , told the deputy manger he then offered one out three rooms with a pool view . Avoid him and you’ll have a good stay .

EVERYTHING WAS NICE ABOUT STAY. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND ROOM WAS DULY SANITISED DUE TO PANDEMIC. FOOD QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AS USUAL.

Just like any other ITC hotel, this hotel offers amazing hospitality. The staff and service are warm and helpful. The food service is amazing. The rooms arent posh like other 5 star properties, but the staff makes up for it all.

Horrible service, torn bedsheet, worst view from a room, broken bath fittings & fixtures, the hotel is in dire need for a cosmetic upgrade & staff needs proper training, this was my first & last stay at this property.

Really liked the services and breakfast at the hotel. Not impressed with cleanliness of the washroom. Shower curtains were dirty.

rubbish! the rooms are a messed, I’m sure all these reviews are fake! The room that they put me on a mould growing on thebeds, the rooms smelt like damp and the bathroom shower tub was sinking! I recommend for nobody to stay in such a mess. The food is rubbish too!

It is rundown property. Long walk to the rooms with no elevator.

mattress was hard . pillows were bad . Towels were not white . Too much walking to the room . Very poor condition .

Great Hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hotel Restaurant was really good! The hotel is a bit dated. It probably could use a renovation. Aside from this hotel conditions are fine. I would recommend staying at this hotel!

I have stayed at this hotel many times and while it is old and could probably due with a revamp it is still very comfortable and the staff are very nice indeed.
