A very relaxing and peaceful place to kick back and enjoy

Upon arrival they say, “Welcome home.” Home and family is what made us choose Zoetry in Curacao after spending last year at Zoetry Marigot Bay. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are nothing less than family. From Germainly in guest services to Max and Dominique, our check-in and getting back and forth to Dreams was effortless. You can’t help but remember family and they left a fun and priceless impression that my wife and I will forever remember. Latoya, Jason and Deon were the perfect mixologists to accompany great food, relaxation and comfort. I will definitely be back and I hope that Latoya, Jason, Deon, Max, Germainly and last but definitely not the least, Dominique are apart of our journey back home. Thank you so much Zoetry for exceeding our anniversary expectations and we can’t wait to see you (our family) again and again!! Please believe me when I tell you, the steak was heavenly. Ask for any of the above people and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!! Zoetry is heavenly!! Thank you!!

Different than any other ive experience the staff is all amazing

I liked the staff , cleanliness, & the property as a whole .

I enjoyed this hotel. The hotel had activities everyday which was awesome. They had paint & sip , bracelet making classes, yoga , tea& bingo and etc. We also had access to dreams which was right there. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a more calm all inclusive hotel in curaçao. This is not a party hotel fyi.

Zoetry was amazing and the Entertainment staff was amazing too! Jessica was very nice and mad each activity a lot of fun!!

The first night we stayed at Zoetry, we had to order room service for dinner because dinner ended at 10pm and we missed it. We order from the Hyatt app as we were told to if we needed anything especially to order room service. We ordered at approximately 10:30 and received no follow up after that. After about an hour of not receiving a call, message, or our food, we called the front desk and were transferred to the kitchen who said they had not received our order. They said they would be making it and sending it over soon. Soon became 1am. The following day we spoke to the concierge, Chandra about our experience and she said that she had spoken to someone else about our experience and made it seem like someone would follow up with us, which no one ever did. During our stay, we called the front desk to get an additional robe and slippers which we were told were supposed to be in our room at our arrival. No one came for the room until the housekeeper came the next evening to ask us if we needed clean towels and I asked her for the robe: she came back with the robes even though, it was not necessarily her job to bring it. The third night we ordered room service again (chicken and fries). We order again from the app because we were still told that it was good to use to order food. we ordered at around midnight. Same scenario happened where we got no call or text about the food. We called the front desk and got transferred once again: the kitchen shared that they did not receive t

This was one of the best all-inclusive properties I’ve been to. The food and drinks are fresh and the service was amazing. Make sure you go to see Latoya at the bar!

Beautiful property, rooms are clean and spacious, pool is nice. Friendly staff at Zoetry, Max, Dino, Ingo, Dominique and Shari are very attentive. Felt very safe. 10 minutes from airport. Quiet but in a good way, you can go to dreams for loud music and come back to zoetry and relax. Food at zoetry is good it just needs more options. You have access to dreams resort, service is just very slow there, specially at the Italian restaurant. Beach is very beautiful and you can snorkel, plenty of seating and they do a lot of night entertainment. I definitely recommend Zoetry.

We spent our honeymoon here and it was perfect! It was very private and not as many guests compared to most resorts, so we were able to enjoy some peace and quiet. Its all adults. Although it was a smaller resort which means you don't have as many dining options, Zoety is connected to Dreams so you can go to the larger resort down the street to eat at the other dining options. The staff were fantastic and everyone was very friendly! I felt it was also very affordable. We had an amazing time. Thank you to the staff!

If you're looking for a relaxing all inclusive resort, Zoetry Curacao is the place to stay! Staff is very friendly and helpful, and will answer any questions you may have. Food and have plenty options. You also have access to Dreams resort which they provide transportation too. Definitely recommend staying here! 10/10.

Loooooved the staff, super friendly, helpful, incredibly helpful with multilingual abilities. One day the food wasn’t great, I got a bunch of old lettuce pieces and a completely different plate simply because some menu options weren’t available. Would’ve been nice to know as I was placing my order to change my choicebut instead they brought me a different plate. Besides that lunch and dinner, food was excellent.

While the property is beautiful it’s not worth $600 per night. The food options are limited because they only have 2 restaurants. Staff for the most part were really friendly. We did have to keep asking for things we ordered in the restaurants because they seemed to forget about them as soon as they walked away. Our 3rd night there the alarm system went off and 2 am. It stayed on for about half and hour then went off and came back in 2 more times within the next hour. That was VERY unfortunate. Overall it was an ok stay. I do think that the rate should be more around $400 per night. I don’t think I would recommend this place to others.

Beautiful and spacious room, quiet and more relaxed and intimate setting. Beautiful grounds and pleasant staff. Occasionally slow service, but we weren’t in a rush!

I would not recommend this resort to anyone. We checked in February 2024 and stayed for 6 days. The spa was even a complete mess. Absolutely, no customer service down right rude at times. We had to ask for everything to be restocked in our room towels, coffee, toilet paper, etc. We even had to ask them one night to clean our room. Drinks and food was at least an hour wait if not longer. Under staffed. Hyatt needs to clean house and hire new management. Extremely disappointed. The one person I need to brag on is the bartender Latoya. She was so pleasant & helpful.

The staff was amazing

The stay was overall amazing except at 4am a maintenance man entered the room with a key card. I reported it to security and they simply said he made a mistake. Granted it was an accident but it was no the less terrifying. They did nothing to rectify his mistake.

Power went off, no lights on the property at all. They will forget to bring your food or just bring part of your order and say this is what we got.

The property was fabulous! It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was less than adequate. Our fridge was rarely refilled, our room took hours to be cleaned and it took an average of 40-45 minutes to get waiter to take our order. When we asked for better service, it actually made service worst ( retaliation ). We complained again to front desk but it did not help despite their efforts. We enjoyed the property and the poolside bartender immensely. Housekeeping and wait service was terrible. We did have access to Dreams, romantic dinner was excellent. Casino staff was rude and unfriendly. At Zoetry, bars closed early or never opened at all. Really ugly attitudes by staff. Probably will never go back, we paid premium rates and was treated horribly overall.
