It was an awesome stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate an accessible room for my father. My only complaint is the TV froze since everything was a streaming service. Other than will stay here in the future.

This hotel is among my main selection when visiting San Juan due to the location which is magnificent. Quite a few top-of-the-line restaurants a stone-throw away. However, the building itself has a problem with the showers. In almost all of my previous stays the water does not drain. Also, internet is not very good and this time it did not work at all.

Every thing is good. Ac is cool, But do not why the room felt wet. The beds and the pillows too😨

This hotel is a historic gem. It wasn’t our first choice of where we were to stay, but ended up being the best option. It’s not a new facility, but very clean and the morning and evening staff was nice and friendly. The hotel was immaculate very clean and we received the best house keeping service who kept our room very clean on a daily basis! The rooftop view is a priceless gift!

I genuinely have no idea why this place is rated so highly it is nothing like the pictures. The parking lot is a cross the street and it’s not like you can just cross you have to do a whole u turn. The room was another thing the sink was clogged you couldn’t let it run for more that maybe five minutes before it borderline over flowed. The pillows weren’t even pillows the went completely flat, they had no cable tv, there no place to plug in your phone to charge it’s like across the room. The only nice thing about this hotel is the lobby. Oh also they have the cheapest mattresses you can buy I am 130 pounds and I could feel the springs on my back. I sat on the Mattress and I could feel the base boards. They staff was helpful I was able to get a refund for the rest of my stay though I was hesitant because I was told to come in the next morning to talk to the manager and then went I went to the front lobby they say he comes and goes luckily later that day I got a call from them saying they processed the refund BE CAREFUL

This property was awesome. The manager was great, very accommodating and knowledgeable. I had a hiccup that he was able to fix to the best of his ability. The location was awesome! The only feedback I have is around WiFi and electricity. It also could have been cleaner.. but it wasn’t bad.

Location was great, places to eat different options. Supermarket el Pueblo was a great experience kind people. The bathtub was leaking and you walk out of bathroom in a paddle of water

I used to live in this neighborhood and I loved it. I moved out of Puerto Rico and what a pleasure to go back to my neighborhood. The hotel was clean, beautiful and simple. The staff were really nice. The location couldn't be better. There are some complaints about the parking, for me was ok and specially in an area where there is no parking, it was a luxury. You have a supermarket walking distance, restaurants and easy access to main highways. Also a little beach at a walking distance. I really recommend this hotel.

Monica at the front desk as amazing and friendly. She helped me find locations for dining and recommended locations for nightlife. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room came equipped with all things necessary for a quick stay. The hotel is located adjacent to a street that has every dining option you can imagine from Mexican to Pizza to local dishes. The location is also the perfect distance from Old San Juan, the airport and La Placita.

When we checked in the first room 401 had a mildeq smell to it. Also when renting a vehicle parking isnt free you are charged 15 a day.

Concierge service was excellent, and the area has several nice restaurants right across the street. Close to Condado beach area. Bed was comfy and the room was big. Hotel was quiet.

This was a great place to stay, located in center of the city Miramar with lots of dining options around which are walkable. Very convenient and calm place to stay.
