This is my new favorite place to stay in Petaluma!! it is the perfect spot right off of downtown and centrally. Located to meet up with people who are going to wine country awesome place highly recommend.

Nice family friendly resort for visiting Sonoma and wine country. Amazing to have a Hiking trial along the river and through the wetlands that started from the hotel parking lot. Pool is good for kids. Short drive to downtown Petaluma with all the restaurants.

The property is beautiful and the comfiest bed ever. There was a black hair (mine is red) in the shower that I wasn’t happy about. Also robes were supposed to be brought to my room but they never arrived. Like a big girl I wiped away the hair and lived without the robe and I will definitely be going back!

Just a little weekend getaway and this lovely property didn’t disappoint. Marina view top floor with comfort and nice amenities. Even had two meals at the restaurant which were both delicious! We will be back.

HORRIBLE a train was right next to the rooms and sounded the horn every hour starting at 4:30am! Several trains went through!

Everything was okay until I went to bed, then discovered that the king mattress was no good. I ended up sleeping with my head at the foot of the bed so I didn't feel like I was sleeping upside down. They should replace it...

The hotel was very nice staff excellent food lovely just from the photo on the website showing the marina didn’t expect to be next to a train track and freeway. Had a nice couple of days stay but would of preferred to be more private from

A very nice hotel with spacious clean rooms. A little weird to get in and out of physically, but the staff were all pleasant. We had a marina view so it was very nice to feel like we were out of the city for a bit. A/C was chilly!!

Good value for the money, comfortable room, great service. My only complaint is I couldn’t use my Chromecast with Google TV on the hotel tv because the hdmi ports were locked out. I know, first world problems…

It is my 4th stay at the hotel since Sept 2023, and the menu at Tolay restaurant is still the same!
Sometimes the hotel is short in staff for the restaurant and bar, and as a result the seating aera in the restaurant is closed, and the customer has to go to the bar to eat (difficult to eat easily because the tables are too high when you are seated on the chair/sofa)

The AC was locked onto only heat; it was a warm night and we couldn’t turn on the fan or the AC. We called the desk but the engineer had already left. Ended up getting poor sleep, and probably wont return to a Sheraton.

The stay was fine. It definitely needs a few upgrades and upkeeps on the property itself. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub so that’s always a win.
Paid for parking with Expedia but was still charged through the hotel….. .
