This hotel was very nice and in a great location for us. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay there when we go to Petaluma again

It was good for me.

Fine place to stay. Accessible room on 1st floor was very large. Bathroom space very large. Full length mirror & kitchenette area in room. Room was fairly clean, slightly in need of updating (carpet, counter tops). Beds were very comfortable. Quiet area, however the whole town had a bad smell when we were there. Safe area - we walked to a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast provided was fine. Hot foods, waffles & cold options. Staff we met was kind and helpful.

Good location. Easy access. I was the only guest checking in. Front desk personnel took a bit of time recognizing my presence. Nice facility. Took front desk person. Very good ADA shower set up.

The room was in the back building and next to a very busy street. Felt somewhat unsafe. The room was good. Big room with fridge and microwave. Very clean. We would stay there again but would ask to be closer to the main office.

We rode into to town way before check in. I was having issues with my Harley Terra was kind enough to let us check in early and unload the bike and my girlfriend. Lol While I went to the Harley dealer. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was the best

Hotel was exactly what we need on our trip. Clean, safe, convenient, helpful and friendly staff, warm breakfast, a pool and most of all much more affordable than anything else in the area for a soccer tournament weekend Thank you.

It was a fine stay. Staff was friendly. Kind of a strange set up of buildings at this location, an older design. I think they are in process of updating the carpets. The room was essentially clean but does have a slight feel of grunge just from being older. Seems well maintained but you can see how many paint job and patches have occurred in the bathroom. Being on the first floor, I would have felt safer if there was a rod in the window track or some extra locking mechanism for the sliding window since it’s a little desolate behind the hotel esp. on a weekend. Overall gave it 5-star except for those little things. It worked for my needs. I will say the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and did not “melt” like those feathery ones a lot of the chains like to use where you need 4 piled up for your neck. 🙂

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, tidy grounds. Right next to the freeway, so FYI for noise. It looks like they are working on the property to update elements of it, but our room and hallway are in dire need of new carpet and bathroom flooring, as well as touchup paint. Pool and hot tub could be scrubbed, as well, though the water was clean.

Super well priced, close to my destination appointment. Altogether happy.

Our stay was great, except one thing but we were willing to overlook it. That one thing is staff not coming in every day to tidy up the room. In that sense I do understand wanting them to keep it ‘green’ but on the other hand was bad because we love a clean and tidy room! All in all it was mostly a great stay and look forward to stay there again! 👍❤️✌

The front desk person unfortunately gave a key to the wrong room initially. Thankfully the key didn't work and I also heard voices through the door. Upon returning to the front desk, they realized they had keyed in the wrong number and gave me key cards to the right room. It would have been an unpleasant situation had I approached the wrong room with my key card. Even if it was a genuine mistake, this is something that needs to be avoided as much as possible.

Our overall experience was great. The staff was friendly, the property and room was clean, and the amenities were appreciated. The complimentary breakfast and coffee was perfect. We requested early check-in and they were able to accommodate. The refrigerator and microwave in the room was a great addition. The bed was comfortable. We stayed during a holiday weekend and the property was booked, so parking was hard to find after arriving late after our event. We would stay at this property again. Thank you for a great stay.

It was just what I expected tbh, for the price i paid in comparison to other hotels i looked at it. It was clean and quiet.

Very clean, well maintained, safe area, and easy parking.

Check in was quick. Staff were friendly. We had the "Executive room" with one king bed and a pull-out couch. The couch was a full size, not a queen, and barely fit the two teenage girls. While the room was a bit larger than most rooms with 2 queens, there was a lot of wasted, non-useable space. We have been more comfortable in the past in rooms with 2 queens, so I will return to that formula in the future. This hotel washes their linens in fragrance-free detergent and that is a HUGE PLUS for me, since I am allergic to most fragrances. I wasn't itchy and I didn't have any trouble breathing. Would stay again.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to stay right off the highway.

It seems that the hotel might be understaffed; the reception was disorganized and unprofessional when communicating. Our room was average and clean, although the carpet smelled musty and felt damp. The breakfast attendant was courteous and efficient and kept the buffet well stocked. Hot breakfast included powdered scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee, juice, etc.

Very nice place, good breakfast every morning, and friendly staff. Not sure of all areas but our section could use new carpeting, but overall nice place.
