This hotel was perfect! The Christmas Market was right out the front door. Very clean, comfortable, quiet room with a tremendous view of the Danube. We will stay at this hotel again for sure anytime we visit Bratislava.

Hotel was ok but hot cooked breakfast was cold. Could not eat. Room ok clean but only one pillow and one black tea and milk. Tv did not work so initially could not get any information about hotel. Reception staff told us hotel was full so might not be able to have another pillow! Were given extra tea, milk. Man came and fiddled with tv. Worked for short time then switched itself off! Extra pillows did arrive. Breakfast very busy had to wait to be seated. Then very disappointed that hot cooked breakfast was cold. However reception staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay.

This was terrible stay in that hotel, staffs was not helpfull at all, they even refused to issue an invoice, I dont recommend this one

Hotel is lovely and the location is excellent. Nice comfy bed and everything we needed in the room. Only thing that was a disappointment, housekeeping didnt come into the room so no fresh towels and tea, coffee, etc.

Average hotel for business. Has good location to old town. Lot of restaurant around. Doesn't have any shoes polish in the room and not even the machine on reception. Would be nice to have snd small pod coffee machine instead of instant coffee.

The hotel itself is in a great location, within walking distance to popular tourist spots. Hotel was clean and a good standard. It was no fault of the hotels, however we was woken up at 5 am by a drunk couple knocking on our room door for over half an hour at 5 am which meant we did not get a good nights sleep. We had also filled in a form to receive a free drink at the hotel prior to arrival which was not followed through by the hotel.

The hotel is well located in the city centre. It is modern, clean and offers everything (spa, restaurant but even cocktail bar & club)
It was our anniversary and my wife's birthday too. The manager upgraded our room leaving on the table a nice small cake and a kind card. Thanks a lot!

The Park inn was the perfect location to explore Beatislava. It was spacious new and very clean. It had everything you needed for a short getaway.

Great facilities and location. Pool and saunas were excellent.
The room was clean but quite compact.
The bed was very low and not very comfortable.
No welcome bottles of water and only 2 coffee sachets, which were not replenished.
We asked at reception, no apology just we can give you some here. The coffee that we did have, we had to clean the cups ourselves. These are little things, but they are irritating and disappointing.

Good breakfast, spacious room although bathroom was way too small. We liked the mood lights in the bedroom, dislike how loud the room was (ours was facing the river). Expensive parking.

Great location for the old town. We had a river by view which was nice. Lots of restaurants behind the hotel. Friendly staff and bag storage was very welcome. Great location for the Vienna city boat.

I was disappointed with this hotel and room the air conditioning did not work and while we were give 2 fans the room remained hot for our stay. We ran out of shower Gell on the first night and this was not replaced. Some of the towels were dirty. The WiFi was weak and intermittent

I was disappointed to be received by charging me an extra tax of twenty odd dollars. I used no extra facilities and was charged this superfluous tax. I paid for the room with all fees and taxes included. This extra is a scam. Radisson should be ashamed to pull this off. Don’t be fooled. This is another way to gain extra monies. Bad, bad practice.

It’s a very convenient location, only a few steps from the bus terminal at Bratislava Most SNP. I took a bus from VIE to this bus terminal and the hotel is right there. It’s also close to the old town and the castle.

Older property with dated rooms. My room was a little stuffy/old smelling but was clean. The thermostat did not work either of the 2 nights. Opened the window, but street noise did not help for sleeping. Breakfast was great, so I do recommend that. Location is also very good.

It is close to city centre the old street. Room was very clean and comfortable but toilet and bathroom is separated to different place which is so strange. Breakfast is nice. Recommended

Very nice and modern hotel, pool out of order without informing before, expensive parking Euro 32/day and a bit noisy from traffic and tram etc. Beautiful view of the Danube

Positive is that the room is rather spacious, it was clean. But overall the hotel is average. The room just have basic shower gel&shampoo in one attached to the wall. No other toiletries offered, zero!
Mini bar is empty, you need to request if you want anything from the reception. One still water bottle for all 3 days (same as you would get if you stay one day).
Quite noisy if there are neighbours nearby. Also, there was some smell in the corridors.
TV medium size with not much choice to watch for English speaker.

Perfect location to walk around and explore the town. I would stay here again. The room has everything you need. The restaurant closes very early so no late night room service. The bed was not comfortable.

The hotel itself was great, but take care to understand exactly what is included in your rate, especially if you intend to use the pool: we were challenged every time we went to the pool, where the attendent told us every time that we had to pay £15 per person per 3-hour period, despite there being no mention of extra charges being required for the spa facilities when we booked. Each challenge was resolved by a call to reception, but it was quite tedious to go through it every time.

We had a great stay at Park Inn Danube. The location was excellent, close to the landmarks, transport and Christmas Markets. Clean and tidy and staff were great. The breakfast was great and pizza at lunchtime was delicious.

Fantastic location, great staff and all at a price you can’t argue with. Most places are within walking distance and the hotel restaurant was lovely. We arrived early and the hotel allowed us to check-in which was a great surprise for us.
