The stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The experience was enhanced by the quality of service provided by the staff from the parking attendants and food service to the front desk and housekeeping; all provided service with a smile. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

Experience was good but we found the room to be too cool for us at night and it never warmed up above 24.5 degrees even after we turned the AC off; too cool for us!

The staff was amazing. My bartenders Franzwaugh, Nicholi and Sheldon were all amazing! They kept my vacation mode on high !!! The check in staff were also great ! Noel

The property was a little above average due to the staff. It may not have all the facilities, or updated rooms but the staff that I meet were warm, friendly and as helpful as they could have been. Sometimes things took a be longer than you’d like….but it’s “island time”. Would go back

The food was cold and when returned it was warmed up in microwave.
The WiFi kept going. I had to go to reception to get them to reset it more then once and the last time I went I found out they had cancelled it before my stay was even finished.

The overall experience was 4.5/5, the breakfast was fresh and authentic. The staff were friendly and there are many food options that are walkable. Starbucks, KFC, and a Jerk Spot.

This hotel was the #1 hotel along side Wyndham hotel back in the days… the good old days. Now, everyone is running to Negri, Mobay and Ochi.. beautiful hotel near everything in Kingston

Great staff and excellent handling of emergencies. Due to a hurricane that passed by l, we had to check in last minute and had the wrong booking information. This was handled very well and professionally. They were very organized and systematic in taking us through the storm with moving everyone downstairs and keeping us entertained. As soon as it was over, we were allowed back in our rooms and everything proceeded seemlessly- we were able to head to the restaurant for dinner shortly after.
The property was immaculate and well maintained- no deterioration from the time I lived in Jamaica and visited it. They have started to renovate some of the floors, and we had the privilege of being on one of them- very nicely done. I was so proud of how they have kept their standards high- both in the facilities and the staff.

The SPA experince was very bad , May be cause of one individual. The person name Jeawn was doing reflexology for 45 mins, it was very disappointing . He was using his one hand to massage and the second hand may be busy in browsing his own phone. Also very 10 seconds he was losing his pressure , as if he is napping. I felt i was cheated for $80 USD
