I loved that this property is pet friendly and how relaxing the whole place is. It's a bit dated, but somehow it works.

COTTAGES WERE VERY QUAINT AND MOTEL THE SAME. All VERY CLEAN AND BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. OVERALL A VERY GOOD STAY SO NICE WE DECIDED TO STAY AN EXTRA DAY.

The stay was great! The hot water was extremely hot and got me the first time I turned it on. Otherwise, it was a great location and the owners and other guests were super nice. The room was clean and easily accessible. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed for two night with children. Pool was amazing, and soo clean. Room was outdated but super clean and well taken care of. No coffee machine or microwave but nice fridge that was clean and working! Beds were so comfy and clean clean clean! Staff was great and you can tell the place is well taken care of.

Cute, clean and quiet. Dog friendly. Nice pool, play area and dog walk area. Each cottage has a little deck, clothesline and picnic table. There were charcoal grills to use, too. Nice having two separate bedrooms (2 double beds) and having the tv in the "living area."

The cottages are nice, but very dated. I would rate this as a 7.5/10. The rooms are clean, though some deep cleaning could be done (there was a large accumulation of dust behind the nightstand). As stated, some inexpensive updates to the fixtures and swapping some lights for PED daylight bulbs could make this place feel so much nicer.. Overall it’s a nice place, price/value was a little high for what I needed, but if you’re going to spend a few nights, the full size fridge and other conviniencesare nice.

We rented one of their cottages to accommodate three adults and three children. The cottage was clean, adorable and plenty big enough for the 6 of us. They have well cared for grounds, picnic tables, grills, playground, basketball and volleyball as well as the big pool. The only issue was that there was no bedding for the fold out couch and no extra rolls of toilet paper. Aside from those things it was great and we can’t wait to go back. Great location and close to many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend the cottages.

Each little cottage had a deck and a little living room.

We liked everything about this property. Extremely well kept. Very convenient to I-95 which is what we were looking for. Convenient to all that Kennebunk/Kennebunk Port has to offer. The owners/staff were very helpful and very friendly.

Beds were comfortable. Very quiet area. Shower had great water pressure. We would definitely book here again.

Love the little cottages. Loved the morning wake up call from nature, cacophony of birds first thing in the morning was a very wonderful surprise. Great location. Will definitely come back here next time we visit coastal Maine.

Rooms a little stuffy. Air conditioning very noisy. But great place for an overnight

I found it hadan excellent place for people who have pets. There is a section where you can bring your pets to run around and if you bring a ball with you they can play fetch with you. Or just walk around and look at the foliage. You could also have a game of catch.

The cottages are quaint, but nice. Clean. There's a table, couch, chairs, small stove top, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, etc. There's a clothesline and porch with small table and two chairs. The pool, screened gazebo, and fire pits out back are all very nice. No it isn't a five-star resort, but the value for the price can't be beat. Although, the bed does squeak when you move around. They really are dog-friendly with plenty of outdoor space and they even have a pet waste receptacle. Most hotels charge 30-75 and up per pet, but this place is only 10. There are plenty of food options locally and I even saw a pet supply store and groomer. The nearby beaches are wonderful, and some are dog-friendly. I love it here and can't wait to come back next year!

Love this place! The pool is gorgeous. The cottages are spacious. Staff is amazing.

Sweet little cabins. Well cared for property. Clean and well maintained.

This place is great! My teen son and I just needed a quick overnight and this is a real gem. There are cottages and a strip of motel rooms where we stayed. Do not let the affordable price scare you off. It seems to be dog friendly, but we saw no evidence of any smells or wear and tear at all. We did see some cute dogs though. The wifi is working great for some morning emails for my job. We will definitely stay hear again in the future.
