Went for 3 nights 11/8-11/11. Everything was great, service, cleanliness, stay. Walking distance to Walmart, Target, TjMaxx and a bunch of other stores and restaurants. Loved this stay and will definitely be back.

the person that checked us in was not the friendliest. did not want to be on the first floor however she said that was the only room available.
room was clean but being on the first floor we heard every noise.

We loved to easy access to and from the freeway, shopping and the Burbank airport. The pool was amazing! The restaurant was convenient for morning coffee but we also enjoyed the Starbucks nearby. We had to pay a daily parking fee. The elevator was slow, and the cleaning staff did not come even though we requested the maid service. The AC unit in our room what somewhat annoying and was constantly going on and of. There was a good sized refrigerator and microwave in our room as well. Overall a decent stay.

The property and area surrounding it was very nice. Just a few things that should improve would be the pillows and the toilet paper. The pillows were fluffy, but smashed down when laid on. No support. The toilet paper was so thin that you had to use two to three times the amount. For the nightly rate we paid, pillows and toilet paper should not be an issue.

This is my go to place to stay for business travel to Los Angeles. Very convenient and has so many options to offer around it. As a business woman travelling i feel very safe here.

Helpful staff. A front desk gentleman helps me with July 4th concert and firework searching and print it out for me. He is tall and courteous. He keeps my request in mind until he found the answer. I did not know his name.
I arrived on July 4th 4pm in Burbank Courtyard. Please say thank you for me again if Courtyard find him.

It would be nice if you offered a shuttle to and from Burbank Airport. The cab drivers aren’t too happy (kinda rude) as they don’t make much on this route.

I think that every time there are problems with the pipe they have to check that the rooms are not affected before renting them.

Have stayed at this property many times over the last 20 years. The area is not as nice as it used to be. I also felt like the hotel lobby and elevator area was not very clean.

The Courtyard Marriott is my new favorite hotel in Burbank! The food offered at the Bistro was very good, the service is fantastic and the entire staff is friendly and accommodating, esp. Joey!

The facility was very nice and welcoming to my family and our pet. Plenty of grass area for a small dog. Loved the ambiance! If there was one or two things I would change it would be more elevator banks and in the individual rooms, in the restrooms vents. After a warm shower it gets very humid but otherwise loved the visit. We will be back again!

Room facing Empire Blvd has LOTS of street noise. Windows are not double pane. Really loud shower noise coming from the next room or from the room above ... as well as some footsteps.
Lastly (and most important) the lowest temp on the a/c is 68deg (!?!). THAT IS warm and NOT an ideal room temp for sleeping.

My hotel bathroom flooded in the middle of the night and I woke up to the smell of sewage. I complained to the front desk and all they were able to offer me was “I’m sorry”. My clothes and shoes were all wet in result of the flooding.

Great customer service, clean rooms, family friendly. Lots of food options in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay at this location.
Downside, they provide zero shuttle service. Not even to the Burbank airport, which is 10 minutes away. Also, we went there for Universal Studios which 20 minutes away due to traffic and again no shuttle service. Hotel of this caliber should provide at least shuttle service to the airport.
Otherwise it was a great experience. Employees are great!
