Very loud property.

Everything was good. Although breakfast was included, there wasn't much variety.
Surprised that the hotel only has on elevator

Breakfast was okay. There was enough to fill bellies. Room was a good size. The only complaint is the toilet. They must have bought toddler toilets because they were too low to the ground. And there was no hand rail to help you raise yourself up or down off of it.

This hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay with an exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff.
While the breakfast is decent, adding more variety throughout the week would elevate the experience.
Overall, it’s a quiet and peaceful retreat, ideal for a relaxing stay.

We were traveling with a toddler and were happy to have a room that was pretty child proof. Fixtures and design elements were nailed down. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. The bathroom could have been cleaned better.

The room was clean, the lobby nice, staff friendly, check-in quick and the property was quiet. We ask for nothing more after a long day at a jazz festival in nearby Katonah. We would stay again for sure.

The woman at check in was super friendly and helpful with local restaurant recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable. We got in late and left early, but enjoyed our stay!

No complaints. The staff we dealt with were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, neat, orderly, and very comfortable. Loved the area, very quiet with some nice places to eat within short distance. We will stay again if ever passing through Danbury in the future.

We were greeted by the friendly front desk attendant at midnight! Told of the complimentary breakfast, hours and other options if preferred. From the outside, to the lobby, elevators, hallways and room, everything was in pristine condition. Looked brand new but was told last renovations were a few years old. Very well maintained ! Morning crew was excellent too.

The property didn't have the type of room I had reserved.

The shower was the best one I’ve had in ages! The linens were crisp, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable. The AC was noisy and the refrigerator had no freezer section. Staff provided paper products when asked. Everyone smiled and were very courteous and welcoming. Some wear and tear on fittings in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

The Spring Hill suites in Danbury was ok. Checkin was weird because as soon as we walked through the front doors, we were hit in the face with this horrible sewer smell. The staff said they couldn’t smell it but when they went outside and came back in, they smelled it. Had something to do with the control room and filters or something. Smelled like that down there the whole stay. Other than that, everything was ok.
