Room layout was nice. Fridge was a good size.

Broken plastic fork under the sheets. No extra blankets available. Room was different than the one we booked. Continental breakfast was cold cereal and a waffle maker.

The room that I got was dirty and when I asked him to change me to another one and I asked him to change me to the second floor he wanted to charge me an extra $20 how is that possible and when he gave me my new room the bed was loose and it sounded the mattress was in poor condition it was not worth what you paid 😡😡😡

There wasn't much for breakfast.The coffee was awful! The carpet in the elevator was very filthy!!

when entering hall carpets smelled so bad and wall paper peeling with black mold showing….mold in bathroom , tub was painted and was all peeling with mold under , sink not draining , blood stained comforter , coffee maker was dirty had to clean it before use, picked up phone to call front desk and phone was filthy :(:( ugh never again

The pool, the very small, was very clean and the pool room was very enjoyable!

The carpeting in the hallways was very dirty and dingy. The breakfast was very mediocre. Towels were very thin and skimpy. And there were not adequate towels in the room. We asked twice during our stay for more. The room was not cleaned during our stay.

I loved going for a swim at night. it’s a great pool. and there is a meeting room for companies to hold conferences with coffee and snacks im sure. the bed was like heaven. and I always pick up a nice choice of jewelry that is sold in the lobby!! affordable

Breakfast did not have many options. Too much noise in the hall at 6:30 am.

Charged $25 per pet, regardless of what size pet. Birds - in age - $25 each? (Manager agreed to have me pay for one - so $75 for two small indoor only cats and two birds. At least it wasn’t $100!?? BringFido site said charge was $20, and not per pet - Large dogs and 2+ pets welcomed, it said. Hallway smelled and was ‘beat up’ - torn wall covering, dirty carpet. Gross. Room was better but had not been cleaned well. Found dog kibble and hair (or my cat found it.) Check-out clerk was disinterested, did not give me a receipt when I asked for it. Seemed annoyed and said it would be emailed. It wasn’t. I couldn’t stand and debate as I had my cats (2) in their crates ready to go. I would not stay there again and am advising friends who make the same trip I do, with pets or not, to not stay there.

The bed was high, hard for me to climb into, but very comfortable. Not much of a breakfast. Elevator needed vacuuming. I was there 2 nights.
